Documents obtained by Statewatch through transparency requests show that Europol nevertheless hosted Israeli delegations—including representatives of the Israeli National Police—on at least four occasions between August 2024 and March 2026. The meetings, involving several departments within the agency, were facilitated by Israel’s liaison officer at Europol and culminated in a visit by Israel’s ambassador to the Netherlands to the agency’s headquarters in March 2026.

Fourteen countries have backed a Saudi proposal to establish a multinational “Maritime Defense Alliance,” aimed at protecting international shipping routes and global trade, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement Thursday.
The countries are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sudan, Djibouti and Somalia.
The ministry said military chiefs and other representatives from 43 countries attended a meeting on the initiative, either in person or by video link. A European Union delegation also took part.

Der Bundestag hat am Donnerstag, 16. Oktober 2025, den Bundeswehreinsatz im Roten Meer um ein Jahr verlängert. Dazu lag ein Antrag der Bundesregierung für die fortgesetzte Beteiligung der Bundeswehr an der EU-geführten Operation Eunavfor Aspides zur Abwehr von Angriffen der Huthi-Milizen auf die Schifffahrt im Roten Meer vor (21/1372(Dokument, öffnet ein neues Fenster)). In namentlicher Abstimmung wurde der Antrag auf Empfehlung des Auswärtigen Ausschusses mit 435 Ja-Stimmen bei 69 Gegenstimmen und 77 Enthaltungen angenommen.

Am 30. Mai 1968 beschloss der Bundestag mit den Stimmen der damaligen „großen Koalition“ das „Siebzehnte Gesetz zur Ergänzung des Grundgesetzes“. Diese Verfassungsänderungen, die u.a. die Gewaltenteilung für das Grundrecht der Bürger auf Brief-, Post- und Fernmeldegeheimnis aufhob und damit die Grundlage für den jahrzehntelangen Totalausfall der Demokratie und Willkür im geheimdienstlichen Komplex schufen, wurden seinerzeit „Notstandsgesetze“ genannt.
Die eigentlichen Notstandsgesetze aber entstanden erst nach 1968. Über die Jahrzehnte wurden eine bis heute öffentlich nicht bekannte Zahl von ausführenden Gesetzen, Verordnungen bzw „Bestimmungen“ oder „Rechtsvorschriften“ (z.B. Dienstvorschriften in Militär und Geheimdiensten) quasi als juristische „Schläfer“ geschaffen, um „nach Maßgabe“ des neuen Verfassungsartikels 80a im Falle des Falles in Kraft zu treten.
Aber welchen Falles? Und durch wen?

Ein „internationales Organ“ kann also „im Rahmen eines Bündnisvertrages mit Zustimmung der Bundesregierung“ „Rechtsvorschriften“ unter Bezug auf Grundgesetz Artikel 80a zur Anwendung bringen. Und das selbst unter Umgehung der Feststellung von Verteidigungsfall und Spannungsfall durch den Bundestag.
Wie Absatz 3 Satz 2 von Artikel 80a besagt, müssen diese „Maßnahmen“ von derart in Kraft getretenen Notstandsgesetzen bzw „Rechtsvorschriften“ wieder aufgehoben werden, „wenn der Bundestag es mit der Mehrheit seiner Mitglieder verlangt“.
Was aber, wenn der Bundestag gar nicht weiß, dass solche „Maßnahmen“ überhaupt existieren? Oder nichts vom entsprechenden Beschluss eines „internationalen Organs“ erfahren hat? Oder zumindest die überwältigende Mehrheit der Abgeordneten im Dunkeln gehalten wurde, z.B. von den eingeweihten Fraktionsführungen?

The Iranian diplomat added that in calls with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Kaja Kallas, the EU’s top foreign policy official, he “made clear that what the freeloader in Kyiv did CANNOT GO UNANSWERED.”
The attack on the Iranian ship comes as Ukraine continues escalating its long-range drone attacks against Russia, which are carried out using intelligence provided by the US, and have been targeting Russian oil tankers and refineries, and have also been killing a significant number of civilians.

The European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council reaffirm that freedom of navigation, including the right of passage through the Strait of Hormuz, a strait used for international navigation, are guaranteed under international law, as reflected in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. These rights belong to the ships of all States and cannot be suspended, impeded, or made conditional by any State.
2. We condemn in the strongest terms the attacks carried out by Iran against commercial vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz, and against the sovereign territory of States of the region, including Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, and Jordan. These attacks endangered civilian lives and mariners, violated international law and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817, and are wholly unjustifiable.
3. We reject as unlawful any assertion of sovereignty or control over the Strait of Hormuz by any State, and we oppose any regime of permits, transit tolls, or service fees imposed upon international shipping. No bilateral arrangement, understanding, or memorandum between States can unlawfully govern or restrict the right of passage through an international strait, which is guaranteed to all States under international law and cannot be subordinated to the control or permission of any State.

We reject the imposition of any unilateral or unlawful mechanism or arrangement affecting safe passage through the Strait. CAIRO – 19 July 2026: The European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on Saturday called on Iran to permanently reopen the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping without imposing any conditions or transit fees.
In a joint statement, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas and the GCC presidency strongly condemned Iranian attacks on commercial vessels transiting the vital strait.

Aus Brüssel heraus vollzieht sich die epochale Transformation von Staatsgebilden eines Kontinents zu einer sich selbst begründenden Plutokratie, in einer wunderbaren Welt der Supranationalisten. Über einen Baustein in diesem epischen, imperialen Konstrukt, entschied gestern nun das Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe. Es entschied, dass die „Vorratsdatenspeicherung“, die flächendeckende, anlasslose Telekommunikationsüberwachung der Bevölkerung, vereinbar sei mit dem Grundgesetz. So umging das oberste Gremium der Republik einen offiziellen Staatsstreich: die Aufhebung des Grundgesetzes als Verfassung und dessen Unterordnung unter „europäisches Recht“, mithin die Erklärung der Bundesrepublik als Bundesstaat der „Europäischen Union“.

Radio Utopie kann und will hier Anhängern der „Europäischen Union“ keine vollständige Erklärung ihres irrationalen Wunsches nach einem Ende von Demokratie, Gewaltenteilung und Souveränität des eigenen Staates liefern. Um aber die üblichen Argumente hinsichtlich eines vermeintlich „parlamentarischen“ Ablaufs der „EU-Gesetzgebung“ zu widerlegen, hier noch die Hinweise, die sich theoretisch jeder selbst zusammensuchen könnte, wenn Er oder Sie es denn wollte.
Im oben erwähnten „Vertrag über die Handlungsweise der Europäischen Union“ (1) heisst es in Artikel 294, Absatz 1:
„Wird in den Verträgen hinsichtlich der Annahme eines Rechtsakts auf das ordentliche Gesetzgebungsverfahren Bezug genommen, so gilt das nachstehende Verfahren.“
Nun müsste man zuerst wissen, was exakt passiert, wenn in den Verträgen nicht auf das ordentliche Gesetzgebungsverfahren Bezug genommen wird. Aber zuerst zu diesem Fall:
Im Rahmen der „ordentlichen Gesetzgebung“ hat das EU-Parlament, in der Tat, in zweiter Lesung mit der absoluten Mehrheit ihrer Mitglieder das Recht, Rechtsakte abzulehnen.
Leider können abgelehnte Rechtsakte durch die Räte einfach wieder vorgelegt werden – wenn sie „grundlegend überarbeitet“ wurden. Auch muss man sich vor Augen führen, was das heisst: die absolute Mehrheit der Mitglieder. Wie wir alle wissen (wenn wir mal EU-Parlament gucken), ist es schwierig, auch nur eine Anwesenheit der absoluten Mehrheit der Mitglieder des EU-„Parlamentes“ zu erreichen. Wer jetzt im Ernst glaubt, die Haltung der muskelbepackten, vollmotivierten Mitglieder des Abschiebebahnhofs staatlicher Parlamente in Straßburg würden sich zur Ablehnung eines Rechtsaktes der Räte in Brüssel hinreissen lassen, der ihnen nach Überarbeitung sowieso wieder vorgelegt werden kann, ist entweder sehr gutgläubig, oder hat keine Ahnung vom praktischen parlamentarischen Ablauf und politischen Prozessen.

Was aber ist ein „Gesetzgeber“ für die Menschen, wenn er nicht durch sie gewählt wurde und sie ihn nicht abwählen, loswerden, ja seine Entscheidungen nicht einmal beeinflussen können? Was unterscheidet ihn von einem ganz normalen Chef, einem Gutsherren, einem Diktator, einem Vorgesetzten, von dem man seine Befehle bekommt?
Die Antwort ist einfach: nichts.
Der Moloch „Europäische Union“ macht es möglich, durch einfache Ernennung zum „Hauptmann von Brüssel“ über eine halbe Milliarde Menschen zu werden.
Verhandlungen zu Chatkontrolle 2.0 in der Zielgeraden
Um diesen langfristigen Ansatz ringt die EU seit geraumer Zeit. Neben einer dauerhaften Regelung für das Scannen unverschlüsselter Inhalte sollte der Vorschlag der EU-Kommission auch dafür sorgen, dass Material vor seiner Verschlüsselung durchleuchtet und gegebenenfalls an Behörden gemeldet wird – eine Technik, die als Client-Side-Scanning bekannt ist.
Fast wäre man versucht zu sagen: Was waren das für Zeiten, als Meinungsabweichler nur als „Verschwörungstheoretiker“ öffentlich diffamiert wurden! Im Vergleich zu dem, was heute passiert, waren diese Zeiten geradezu harmlos – könnte man meinen. Doch harmlos waren schon die Übergriffe nur mit Worten nie. Das Feuer war bereits zu sehen.
Und heute? Wer die falsche Meinung vertritt, wird von Medien nach wie vor als „umstritten“ oder als „rechts“ bezeichnet mit dem Ziel: mundtot machen. Zum Schweigen bringen.
Doch längst passiert mehr.
Was wir erleben, hat mit dem Geist der Demokratie nichts mehr zu tun. Vielmehr weht der Wind des Autoritären und zunehmend des Totalitären durch die Republik.

Ein weiteres zentrales Element ist die systematische Spaltung der Gesellschaft. Während der Pandemie wurde die Bevölkerung in „gehorsam“ und „ungehorsam“ geteilt – eine Spaltung, die bis heute nachwirkt. Dieselbe Technik wird nun auf die Frage nach Krieg und Frieden angewendet. Wer Verhandlungen fordert oder die offizielle Darstellung hinterfragt, riskiert, als „Feindbegünstiger“ oder unzuverlässig eingestuft zu werden.
Das Ergebnis ist ein permanenter Staatsstreich, der sich vor aller Augen abspielt, doch für eine Bevölkerung, die darauf trainiert ist, ihn nicht zu sehen, unsichtbar bleibt. Es gibt eine weit verbreitete Selbstzensur. Viele Menschen schweigen, obwohl sie intern andere Positionen vertreten. Wenzel beschreibt eine Gesellschaft, die gelernt hat, Schweigen mit Stabilität zu verwechseln und Widerstand als größere Gefahr zu betrachten als die bestehenden Zustände.

Pour aboutir, elle doit recueillir au moins 1 million de signatures dans au moins 7 pays de l’UE. Récemment, des initiatives initiatives européennes pour garantir le droit à l’avortement partout en Europe et pour interdire les thérapies de conversion contre les personnes LGBTI ont récolté suffisamment de signatures pour contraindre la Commission européenne à se saisir du sujet. Nous pouvons faire de même pour la Palestine !
Face à l’horreur, ne détournons pas les yeux. Unissons-nous pour demander justice pour la Palestine et la fin à la complicité de l’UE dans le génocide !

US Vice President JD Vance said earlier today that a new “deconfliction mechanism” was established during yesterday’s talks in Burgenstock. According to an earlier Channel 12 report, the new arrangement would replace the one brokered in 2024 under the Biden administration, which included Israel, Lebanon, the US, France, and the UN, with a new body being made up of the US, Iran, Lebanon, Qatar, and Pakistan.
Lebanon’s Health Ministry says at least 4,175 people have been killed and 12,164 wounded from Israeli attacks across Lebanon since March 2.
Lebanon‘s health ministry said on Saturday that Israeli attacks since 2 March have killed more than 4,000 people, including 135 health and emergency workers, and wounded 12,121 others.
The latest figures came after the final death toll from Israeli strikes on Friday rose to 83, with 141 wounded.

NNA – The Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced that the cumulative toll from the ongoing hostilities since March 2 has reached 3,980 fatalities and 12,001 injuries as of June 19.
The figures reflect the overall impact of the conflict across affected areas of Lebanon, according to the ministry’s latest update.

NNA – The Israeli enemy escalated its attacks this afternoon, targeting a vehicle in the town of Maifadoun with a drone, which bombed the area as residents gathered around, before targeting a second vehicle in the town.
A third vehicle was also targeted in the town of Shoukine, bringing the total number of attacks to three. According to initial reports, four civilians were martyred and others wounded.
EU foreign ministers have failed to agree on sanctions against Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, the bloc’s foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas says.
“Many member states have also proposed to sanction Minister Ben-Gvir, but no consensus on that was reached,” Kallas said.
