Es ist an der Zeit: Ami go home!

Deshalb wollen wir einen Schlussstrich ziehen – gegen die Stationierung von US-Angriffswaffen auf deutschem Boden.

Wir wollen keinen Krieg gegen Russland vom deutschen Boden aus. Wir wollen Frieden mit Russland!

Und wir wollen auch nicht an der Seite der USA Waffen in alle Kriegsgebiete dieser Welt liefern. Deshalb sagen wir: Keinen Cent, keine Waffen und erst recht keine Soldaten für die Ukraine.

Und wir sagen auch: Keine deutschen Waffen für den Tod von Palästinensern und die Zerstörung im Gazastreifen. Stoppt die Waffenlieferungen an Israel.

Und lasst mich eines noch sagen – gerade jetzt, wo der designierte US-Präsident Donald Trump droht, wenn nötig auch mit Waffengewalt Grönland und den Panama-Kanal zu übernehmen: Wir können uns die 37.000 US-Soldaten in Deutschland schlicht nicht mehr leisten.

Wir sagen: „Ami go home.“ Es ist Zeit.

Und wenn wir sagen „Ami go home“, dann meinen wir natürlich auch, dass der US-Präsident natürlich nicht nur seine Soldaten, sondern auch die US-Atomwaffen endlich aus Deutschland mitnehmen kann, so wie der Bundestag schon 2010 mehrheitlich den Abzug der Waffen beschlossen hat.

Die Vasallentreue deutscher Regierungen gegenüber den USA muss endlich ein Ende finden in der deutschen Politik.

Deshalb sagen wir auch: Es ist an der Zeit, Deutschland, unser Land, verdient Souveränität.

In diesem Sinne, für ein soziales, ein demokratisches und ein souveränes Deutschland.

Sevim Dağdelen (BSW) hat den Abzug aller US-amerikanischen Truppen aus Deutschland gefordert. „Wir können uns die 37.000 US-Soldaten in Deutschland schlicht nicht mehr leisten“, sagte Dağdelen beim Bundesparteitag des Bündnisses Sahra Wagenknecht in Bonn. „Deshalb sagen wir auch: Ami go home.“

Auch die amerikanischen Atomwaffen sollten weg aus Deutschland, sagte Dağdelen, die sich erneut gegen die Stationierung von US-Mittelstreckenraketen aussprach. „Wir wollen keinen Krieg gegen Russland von deutschem Boden, wir wollen Frieden mit Russland“, sagte sie vor rund 600 anwesenden Mitgliedern. „Die Vasallentreue deutscher Regierungen gegenüber den USA, diese Vasallentreue gegenüber den USA, die muss endlich ein Ende finden.“

Die Grundlage der Euro-Währung war: Vermeidung überbordender Schulden in allen EU-Staaten und keine Haftung der Staaten untereinander. Beide Regeln werden permanent gebrochen. Der Euro wird heute jeden Tag mit Milliardenbeträgen „gerettet“. Dies geschieht über Garantien und „Fazilitäten“, also direkte Geldgeschenke an „notleidende“ Staaten, über EU-Gemeinschaftsfonds, missbräuchliche Kreditmechanismen und Aufkäufe von Staatsanleihen durch das EZB-System. Jede weitere Teilnahme an der Dauerrettungspolitik kommt einer Insolvenzverschleppung auf Kosten deutscher Steuerzahler gleich. Der AfD ist bewusst, dass die Wiedereinführung einer stabilen nationalen Währung nicht ohne Umstellungsbelastungen erfolgen kann. Diese werden jedoch niedriger sein als die dauerhaften Kosten des weiteren Verbleibs im Euro-System. Deshalb muss Deutschland diese „Transferunion“ aufkündigen und den Irrweg der Dauerrettung durch Wiedereinführung einer nationalen Währung beenden, ggf. unter paralleler Beibehaltung des Euro oder einer flexiblen ECU-ähnlichen Verrechnungseinheit.

Die Vehemenz, mit welcher die Europäische Union die Transformation zum planwirtschaftlichen Superstaat in den letzten Jahren vorangetrieben hat, hat uns zu der Erkenntnis gebracht, dass sich unsere grundlegenden Reformansätze in dieser EU nicht verwirklichen lassen. Wir halten einen Austritt Deutschlands aus der Europäischen Union und die Gründung einer neuen europäischen Gemeinschaft für notwendig. Wir wollen die Europäische Union samt ihren Bürokratien und Institutionen durch eine Wirtschafts- und Interessengemeinschaft (WIG) ersetzen, durch einen Staatenbund, dessen Mitglieder konstruktiv und friedlich miteinander kooperieren und auf all jenen Gebieten eng zusammenarbeiten, die besser gemeinsam gestaltet werden können und für alle Beteiligten von Vorteil sind. Aus unserer Sicht sind dies der gemeinsame Markt, der wirksame Schutz der Außengrenzen gegen illegale Zuwanderung, die Erlangung strategischer Autonomie im sicherheitspolitischen Handeln und die Bewahrung der europäischen Kultur und ihrer verschiedenen Identitäten. Voraussetzung dafür wäre eine Anpassung der Europaartikel des Grundgesetzes auf Basis einer Volksabstimmung. Uns ist klar, dass ein harter Bruch kontraproduktiv wäre. Der Übergang in die neue WIG wäre darum sowohl mit den alten EU-Partnerstaaten als auch neuen Interessenten im Konsens zu verhandeln. Deshalb wollen wir wieder selbstverantwortliche und souveräne Nationalstaaten haben, die in Freiheit und Selbstbestimmung zusammenleben.

Die oben beschriebenen Entwicklungen und Zustände in unserer Republik sind nahezu deckungsgleich mit denen in allen anderen Staaten, die fortan dieser “Union” auf europäischem Boden beitraten, die zeitgleich mit ihrer Gründung die 1957 gegründete westeuropäische “Europäische Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft” in “Europäische Gemeinschaft” umbenannte und schließlich Ende 2009 mit ihrem gegen den Willen der Völker Europas durchgepeitschtem Lissabon-Vertrag still und leise ganz verschwinden ließ.

Das Konzept eines Bundes der Freien Völker in Europa wurde ersetzt durch einen Käfig. In diesem sollte, für alle Zeiten, auch die souveräne parlamentarische Demokratie auf deutschem Boden sitzen. Das ist das Geheimnis der “Europäischen Union”. There is a larger and far more important point. Hamas can be demobilized through diplomacy, and only through diplomacy. Israel and the United States need finally to abide by international law, accept a sovereign state of Palestine alongside Israel, and welcome Palestine as the 194th member state of the UN. Eine sensationelle Sache in meinem zweiten Bericht wurde von der Presse kaum wahrgenommen: Nämlich, dass sich die Nato Anfang Oktober 2001 in Athen in einer geheimen Sitzung traf. Die Amerikaner beriefen sich auf Artikel 5 des Verteidigungsbündnisses, wonach sie militärisch angegriffen worden seien. Die Terrorbekämpfung stand fortan unter der Führung des CIA. Alle Nato-Staaten machten mit. Und dazu auch die Schweiz.

Dieser Beschluss besagt, dass an jenem Tag in einer bis heute unter Verschluss gehaltenen Order sämtliche NATO-Staaten die sogenannte “Terrorbekämpfung” (welche heutzutage alles nach Wahl beinhaltet) komplett der CIA unterstellt haben.

Die NachDenkSeiten-Macher sind gestern mal wieder als Verschwörungstheoretiker gebrandmarkt worden. Einfach so, ohne Beleg, nicht dank eigener Recherche, sondern mit Berufung auf (nicht genannte) Dritte. Eine Rückfrage beim Autor ergab: Er beruft sich auf Äußerungen des früheren Mitherausgebers Lieb, die in diesem Artikel zitiert werden. Beklagt wird beispielsweise, dass wir auf den NachDenkSeiten in Bezug auf manche Personen von „Einflussagenten“ sprechen und die CIA für sehr einflussreich auch hierzulande halten. Inhaltlich geht es dabei um die auf den NachDenkSeiten gelegentlich bezweifelte Souveränität unseres Landes. Auch bei meiner letzten Diskussionsveranstaltung am vergangenen Mittwoch bin ich danach gefragt worden, wie es um die Souveränität unseres Landes bestellt sei.

Zur Verfassung von Palästina

Stets wurden die Palästinenser von den Großmächten für geopolitische Zwecken missbraucht. Ihre eigene Oberschicht hat diesen oft zugearbeitet. Dieser Artikel soll nun keinen Versuch einer Intervention darstellen oder einer solchen direkt oder indirekt zuarbeiten, sondern in ehrlichem Interesse an der prosperierenden Koexistenz zweier Staaten im für drei Weltreligionen heiligen Land ein paar Ideen vorbringen.

Die Republik

Die Staatsform Palästinas wird letztlich auch dessen Gesellschaftsordnung prägen, vielleicht sogar entscheiden. Die Republik ist die höchste Form der Demokratie, da sie diese schriftlich durch eine Verfassung sichert und bei entsprechender Umsetzung und Teilung der Gewalten garantiert, statt sie der Willkür und dem Missbrauch ehrenwerter Monarchen, Medienmogulen, imperialer Präsidentschaften und manipulativer Mechanismen ausliefert.

Anzunehmen ist, dass es auf eine Republik Palästina hinauslaufen wird.

Sicherlich ist ebenfalls anzunehmen, dass es gesellschaftliche Gruppen in Palästina gibt, die eine Islamische Republik nach dem Vorbild des Iran bevorzugen würden. Die P.L.O. sollte diesen Standpunkt akzeptieren und gegen diesen einen eigenen Verfassungsentwurf vorlegen, ohne zu versuchen andere Entwürfe zu unterdrücken oder den sinnlosen Weg eines Konsens zu versuchen. Gruppen, letztlich lediglich Milizen, wie der “Islamische Dschihad in Palästina” oder die “Volksfront zur Befreiung Palästinas”, sind bei jedem auf Wahlen basierenden politischen Prozess irrelevant. Bei der Hamas sieht das schon anders aus. Gegen sie verlor die P.L.O. die Wahlen von 2006. Das sollte der P.L.O. zu denken geben.

Entscheidend wird sein, wie die Palästinenser, die als Staatsvolk genauso divergent und vielfältig sind wie jedes andere, einerseits ihre Differenzen austragen und andererseits ihre verschiedenen Strömungen insoweit interagieren, dass sie sich auf einen tragfähigen Gesellschaftsvertrag einigen, eine Verfassung.

Jedweder Verfassungsentwurf, der von provisorischen, indirekt gewählten, oder sogar gar nicht gewählten Gremien entwickelt werden sollte, etwa durch die Autonomiebehörde oder den Legislativrat, ist zum Scheitern verurteilt. Selbst wenn dieser Entwurf, in westlicher Manier von “magischen” Rechtszerbrechern zu London entworfen und auf die Etablierung einer weiteren Finanzkolonie in Vorderasien zugunsten des weltweiten Bankenkartells ausgerichtet, alternativlos dem Palästinensischen Volk vorgelegt werden sollte, würde dieser bereits den Keim des Verfalls und der Destruktion in sich tragen. Von Neid zerfressene Imperialisten und Usurpatoren, allen voran die Menschenschinder der saudischen Monarchie und ihre Brüder und Schwestern in der Nomenklatura Israels, würden alle Hebel in Bewegung setzen um die Republik Palästina und deren Aufblühen über ihren leider immer noch vorhandenen Einfluss auf die winzige palästinensische Funktionärs-Kaste bereits im Keim zu ersticken.

Nur ein Gremium, dessen Mitglieder ausschließlich die Aufgabe der Entwicklung eines tragfähigen Verfassungsentwurfs haben, die mit dieser Aufgabe keine weiteren Profit- und Karriereinteressen verbinden können und die direkt aus dem Volke Palästinas gewählt sind, wird dieser Aufgabe gerecht werden.

Womit wir zur Verfassungsgebenden Versammlung kommen.

Die Verfassungsgebende Versammlung

Was die Meisten nicht wissen: nach der Revolution in den nordamerikanischen Kolonien des Britischen Imperiums im Jahre 1776 dauerte es zwölf Jahre und einen Krieg, bis vom ersten Kontinentalkongress (1774-1775), vom zweiten Kontinentalkongress (1775 – 1781) und dem Kongress der Konföderation (1781-1789), bis sich die dreizehn, bis dahin lose über die “Konföderationsartikel” verbundenen ehemaligen Kolonien schließlich 1787 in einer über vier Monate andauernden Versammlung in Philadelphia auf eine Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika und ein Regelwerk zu deren Inkraftsetzung einigten.

Mal abgesehen vom Schicksal der dortigen Ureinwohner: das kann kein Maßstab für das 21. Jahrhundert sein. Aber einerseits ein Hinweis darauf, wie schwierig die Entwicklung einer Verfassung tatsächlich ist, sowie andererseits für die Größe der Chance die mit einem Gelingen verbunden sind.

Kurzer Einschub, weil die Außenpolitik eine wichtige Rolle spielen wird und Vorwürfe des Ausverkaufs an China oder Russland wahrscheinlich zunehmen werden: Die Vorstellung, Deutschland könne auch als Brücke zwischen den Blöcken der kommenden multipolaren Weltordnung fungieren, wird in diesen Argumentationen oft gar nicht zugelassen. Ebenso die Feststellung, dass selbstverständlich kein naives oder romantisches Verhältnis zu Russland angestrebt werden sollte, sondern ein vernünftiger und sachlicher Umgang zum beiderseitigen Nutzen. Nicht zuletzt fällt oft unter den Tisch, dass ohne eine Verständigung mit Russland eine friedliche Ordnung in Europa gar nicht vorstellbar ist. Eine solche Verständigung mit Russland muss nicht die Verdammung der oder eine Abkopplung von den USA bedeuten.

Europa benötigt eine stabile Sicherheitsarchitektur, die längerfristig auch Russland einschließen sollte.

Unser Land verdient eine selbstbewusste Politik, die das Wohlergehen seiner Bürger in den Mittelpunkt stellt und von der Einsicht getragen ist, dass US-amerikanische Interessen sich von unseren Interessen teilweise erheblich unterscheiden. Was eine (weitere) verantwortliche, eine rationale, eine solidarische Maßnahme aus dem Weißen Haus wäre, ähnlich wie die Zurückhaltung was die Provokationen aus dem Kreml angeht: von sich aus auf eine N.A.T.O.-Mitgliedschaft der Ukraine zu verzichten. Neben der Lieferung von Defensivwaffen gäbe es nichts Besseres, was “der Westen” derzeit für die Ukraine tun kann. Man könnte vielleicht auch verkünden, man habe sich in den letzten 30 Jahren mit der N.A.T.O. genug gedehnt. Und zwanzig Jahre lang genug ruhmreichen Terrorkrieg geführt. Ein paar Millionen Tote würden nun reichen.

Das Ende des Afghanistan-Krieges, allein beendet durch den Befehl eines einzigen Mannes, Joe Biden, war diesbezüglich ein guter Anfang. Zur Erinnerung; die “Authorization for Use of Military Force” aus 2001, das entscheidende Kriegsermächtigungsgesetz was in Deutschland bis heute fast keiner kennt, ist vom Kongress immer noch nicht aufgehoben, obwohl dies bereits 2013 von Barack Obama angekündigt wurde.

2. Abandoning the Cold War mentality. The security of a country should not be pursued at the expense of others. 3. Ceasing hostilities. Conflict and war benefit no one. All parties must stay rational and exercise restraint, avoid fanning the flames and aggravating tensions, and prevent the crisis from deteriorating further or even spiraling out of control. All parties should support Russia and Ukraine in working in the same direction and resuming direct dialogue as quickly as possible, so as to gradually deescalate the situation and ultimately reach a comprehensive ceasefire.

Wortlaut Neutralitätsinitiative «Wahrung der schweizerischen Neutralität»

Die Bundesverfassung wird wie folgt geändert:

Art. 54a Schweizerische Neutralität

1) Die Schweiz ist neutral. Ihre Neutralität ist immerwährend und bewaffnet.

2) Die Schweiz tritt keinem Militär- oder Verteidigungsbündnis bei. Vorbehalten ist eine Zusammenarbeit mit solchen Bündnissen für den Fall eines direkten militärischen Angriffs auf die Schweiz oder für den Fall von Handlungen zur Vorbereitung eines solchen Angriffs.

3) Die Schweiz beteiligt sich nicht an militärischen Auseinandersetzungen zwischen Drittstaaten und trifft auch keine nichtmilitärischen Zwangsmassnahmen gegen kriegführende Staaten. Vorbehalten sind Verpflichtungen gegenüber der Organisation der Vereinten Nationen (UNO) sowie Massnahmen zur Verhinderung der Umgehung von nichtmilitärischen Zwangsmassnahmen anderer Staaten.

4) Die Schweiz nutzt ihre immerwährende Neutralität für die Verhinderung und Lösung von Konflikten und steht als Vermittlerin zur Verfügung.
