„Bürgerrat“ fordert: „Desinformation“ soll strafbar werden
Ein „Bürgerrat“ für „Maßnahmen gegen Desinformation“ hat die „Prüfung einer strafrechtlichen Verfolgung und/oder Sanktionierung der Verbreitung von Desinformation“ empfohlen, außerdem solle ein freiwilliges Gütesiegel für „qualitativen Journalismus“ eingeführt werden, wie Medien berichten. Eine „unabhängige Stelle“ solle für das Siegel Kriterien entwickeln und es an Verlage und Medienhäuser vergeben, heißt es im „Bürgergutachten zum Umgang mit Desinformation“, das am Donnerstag Bundesinnenministerin Nancy Faeser übergeben wurde, wie Bertelsmann in einer Mitteilung erklärte.

Wir sehen im Grunde eine endlose Reihe von Spiegelungen. Aber manchmal muss ein Schriftsteller den Spiegel zerschlagen – denn von der anderen Seite dieses Spiegels blickt uns die Wahrheit ins Auge.
Ich glaube, dass den existierenden, kolossalen Widrigkeiten zum Trotz die unerschrockene, unbeirrbare, heftige intellektuelle Entschlossenheit, als Bürger die wirkliche Wahrheit unseres Lebens und unserer Gesellschaften zu bestimmen, eine ausschlaggebende Verpflichtung darstellt, die uns allen zufällt. Sie ist in der Tat zwingend notwendig.
Wenn sich diese Entschlossenheit nicht in unserer politischen Vision verkörpert, bleiben wir bar jeder Hoffnung, das wiederherzustellen, was wir schon fast verloren haben – die Würde des Menschen.
Suspend the EU-Israel Association Agreement
Paris, 12 March 2024. Respect for human rights is an essential element of the EU’s association agreements with partner countries. Article 2 states that „relations between the Parties, as well as all the provisions of the Agreement itself, shall be based on respect for human rights and democratic principles, which guides their internal and international policy and constitutes an essential element of this Agreement“. Violation of the so-called „essential elements“ clauses allows the EU to denounce or suspend the agreements in whole or in part under Article 60 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. In the light of the deaths and suffering endured by the Palestinian people, the European Union has the duty and the means to act to prevent Israel’s crimes in Gaza and to reduce the extent of human suffering.

Our organizations are writing to request that the European Union take action against the Israeli authorities’ unprecedented killing of journalists and other violations of media freedom, in contravention of Israel’s human rights and international humanitarian law (IHL) obligations. These are part of widespread and systematic abuses committed by Israeli authorities in Gaza, the West Bank, Israel, and elsewhere, as documented or acknowledged by Israeli, Palestinian and international NGOs, UN experts, the International Court of Justice, and in a request for arrest warrants by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. These violations should trigger the suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement and further EU targeted
sanctions against those responsible. Regrettably, the EU 27 governments are yet to unanimously acknowledge, attribute, and condemn the Israeli forces’ crimes in Gaza.

Dozens of media associations call on EU to suspend treaty with Israel
„In response to the unprecedented number of journalists killed and other repeated press freedom violations by the Israeli authorities since the start of the war with Hamas, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) and 59 other organisations are calling on the European Union to suspend its Association Agreement with Israel and to adopt targeted sanctions against those responsible“, the groups said in a joint statement.
The call came ahead of a meeting by EU foreign ministers in Brussels on 29 August.

The accounts simulate the behaviour of a typical social media user, who might be sceptical of a piece of news, and would like the opinion of a trusted fact-checking source.
However, this process of resharing is repeated by other accounts in the network, ad nauseam. The “stacking” of posts containing false news reports is akin to how Matryoshka dolls operate, which is where the campaign gets its name from.

Dies geht aus einem Schreiben der EMA auf eine Anfrage von Europaparlamentarier vom 18.11.2023 hervor. Die EMA Behörde gibt zum ersten Mal zu, dass die Covid-19 Impfstoffe keine Impfstoffe im eigentlichen Sinne sind und nicht vor Ansteckung und Weitergabe schützen.
Die Frage stellt sich nun: Was wussten die Regierungen? Seit wann? Wie konnten (Teil-)Impfpflicht und 2/3-G-Maßnahmen gefordert und durchgesetzt werden?

Die Meinungsmache gegen Wagenknecht und Gefährten ist eröffnet
Kurzer Einschub, weil die Außenpolitik eine wichtige Rolle spielen wird und Vorwürfe des Ausverkaufs an China oder Russland wahrscheinlich zunehmen werden: Die Vorstellung, Deutschland könne auch als Brücke zwischen den Blöcken der kommenden multipolaren Weltordnung fungieren, wird in diesen Argumentationen oft gar nicht zugelassen. Ebenso die Feststellung, dass selbstverständlich kein naives oder romantisches Verhältnis zu Russland angestrebt werden sollte, sondern ein vernünftiger und sachlicher Umgang zum beiderseitigen Nutzen. Nicht zuletzt fällt oft unter den Tisch, dass ohne eine Verständigung mit Russland eine friedliche Ordnung in Europa gar nicht vorstellbar ist. Eine solche Verständigung mit Russland muss nicht die Verdammung der oder eine Abkopplung von den USA bedeuten.
Gaza hospital strike: 2022 video peddled as proof of ‘failed Hamas rocket launch’

There are several instances of this video being shared in August of 2022. It was uploaded by Non-Profit Organisation StandWithUs on Facebook which claimed that the video is of an explosion in Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip that had killed at least four children and was the result of a failed rocket launch by Islamic Jihad.
According to a Washington Post report, the explosion happened during the airstrikes and rocket attacks that continued for two whole days, until Israel and the militants in the Gaza Strip agreed to a cease-fire on August 7. The airstrikes killed 43 people and injured more than 300 in Gaza and forced thousands of Israelis to shelter in bunkers. In the refugee camp of Jabaliya, in the northern Gaza Strip, an explosion on August 6 had killed at least four children. The Israeli military, which shared satellite footage of rocket fire from the enclave, said that the fatalities were the result of a failed Islamic Jihad rocket launch and that it did not conduct an airstrike at the time of the blast.

Dabei frisst der Linkskörper nicht nur sich selbst. Er frisst auch alle Ideen und Errungenschaften, die er angeblich vertritt. In Wirklichkeit dienen den betreffenden etablierten Apparaten – ob Parteien, Gewerkschaften, “Nichtregierungsorganisationen”, assoziierte Presse und die Myraden von Schnattergruppen – diese Ideen und Errungenschaften nicht als Rechtfertigung, sondern als Nahrung.
Nach allen vermeintlichen Ansprüchen haben sich sämtliche etablierten und populären Organisationen, in Deutschland und in großen Teilen der E.U.-Hegemonie, als bestenfalls wertlos und real als gefährlich entpuppt. Alles Ablenken auf Wanderungsbewegungen, Geschlechterfragen, Abstammung, religiöse Anschauungen und politische Planeten die sich nicht von irgendeiner Sonne diktieren (erschaffen) lassen, taugt nur für Wahnsinnige und Idioten und -innen. Diese werden von der Zombie-Linken als nächste Nahrung bzw Ernährer benutzt, genauso wie alles Lebendige und Ideenreiche was sie in gutem Glauben mitbringen, gerade das Engagment für ihre Umwelt.
Sozialdemokratie, Sozialismus, Pazifismus, Humanismus, klassischer Liberalismus, alles was noch gut und schön ist an diesen und anderen in Hunderten von Jahren von Anderen erkämpften fortschrittlichen Errungenschaften und Gedankengut, bis hin zu Aufklärung, Wissenschaft und Kultur, stehen in Deutschland vor dem Aussterben. Geistig und moralisch droht der Rücksturz ins Mittelalter hinter Galileo Galilei und die Bauernkriege. Das von der Kanzel herabgereichte Dogma wird nachgebetet. Wer widerspricht, ist Ketzer / Ketzerin. Nur stehen statt dem Pfaffen jetzt andere Autoritäten oben auf der Kanzel, die zu einem ewig und unablässlich plappernden Bildschirm geronnen ist, von dem Milliarden von Menschen Stein und Bein schwören würden, dass er gar nicht mit ihnen redet.

Vorgezogene Neuwahlen sind in Serbien häufig. Vucic regiert mit autoritären Methoden. Medien, Justiz und Verwaltung sind zum Großteil in Händen von Gefolgsleuten des Präsidenten, der auch SNS-Vorsitzender ist.

Pressefreiheit: Frankreich nimmt Journalist*innen in die Mangel
Im Fokus der aktuellen Debatte steht die französische Journalistin Ariane Lavrilleux. Sie deckte 2021 für das Magazin „Disclose“ auf, dass der französische Militärgeheimdienst DRM mit der ägyptischen Regierung zusammenarbeitete und dabei auch indirekt an Hinrichtungen beteiligt war.
Wegen dieser Recherche wurde die Journalistin am Dienstag festgenommen. Beamte des französischen Inlandsgeheimdienstes durchsuchten ihre Wohnung sowie ihre digitalen Geräte. Anschließend wurde Lavrilleux auf einer Polizeiwache verhört und kam erst nach 39 Stunden wieder frei. Die Sicherheitsbehörden sind wohl auch auf der Suche nach Lavrilleuxs Quelle. Dieser drohen laut Süddeutscher Zeitung wegen Landesverrats bis zu sieben Jahre Haft.
Recherchen decken Netzwerk der Chatkontrolle-Lobby auf
Auch Sicherheitsbehörden seien an der Chatkontrolle interessiert, heißt es in der Recherche. Ein Thema sei dabei die Ausweitung der Chatkontrolle auf andere Kriminalitätsbereiche. Ein internes Dokument zeige, dass Vertreter von Europol dies bei einem Treffen im Juli 2022 anfragten:
„Es gibt andere Kriminalitätsbereiche“, die von der KI-gestützten Erkennung profitieren würden, wird Europol in dem Protokoll zitiert. Das geplante EU-Zentrum könnte doch auch für andere Zwecke genutzt werden als allein für die Suche nach Missbrauchsbildern.

The way this typically works is that groups claim to employ “disinformation experts” – a brand new and fake expertise they created overnight – and then produce studies that purport to document who is either circulating harmful disinformation or who is permitting it to be heard. This latter accusation, permitting dangerous disinformation to be heard, always means that one social media company or another is failing to censor in accordance with the demands of the group and its funders. They then get corporate media outlets who crave censorship to melodramatically trumpet their accusatory studies using flamboyant headlines that claim a disobedient technology platform has the blood on their hands, knowing that it will spread virally, but very few people actually read the study to determine if the accusations have any validity.
With Israel’s ethos at stake, 13-hour court hearing proves riveting, fateful TV drama
In addition to the precedent of having the entire 15-strong Supreme Court bench convened for the first time in the nation’s history, the extensive, live coverage was itself somewhat historic: TV channels are in the ratings business, and evidently recognized that the sight of a room full of largely drearily dressed middle-aged people discussing complex principles of law, without even the prospect of a definitive conclusion in the near future, would nonetheless prove a more riveting must-watch for a substantial proportion of the Israeli public than the usual non-primetime daily fare of singing, dancing and dating shows, cooking contests and sitcoms.
Krieg ohne Krieger – oder: Das phantomhafte Töten und Sterben an der Front

Spätestens seit dem Golfkrieg 1991 werden wir, wenn überhaupt, nur noch mit – den Militärs und Machthabern genehmen – klinisch-reinen Bildern und Filmen von „Embedded Journalists“ beliefert.
Corona soll offenbar noch einmal zu einem großen Ding gemacht werden
Sie versuchen es allen Ernstes mit genau den gleichen Sätzen und Propagandamethoden noch einmal. Und der Spiegel ist wieder vorne mit dabei. Vielleicht läuft da gerade ein heimlicher Sentinel-Test auf geistige Bevölkerungsgesundheit.
Liebe Mainstream-Journalisten: Wollen Sie wirklich eine Wiederkehr der Corona-Politik?
Es mag im Moment unwahrscheinlich erscheinen, dass es gelingt, die Corona-Politik in der erlebten radikalen Form wiederzubeleben. Wenn aber erst einmal eine neue Paniksituation installiert ist mit den entsprechenden „Sachzwängen“ und den „rasant in die Höhe schnellenden Zahlen“, dann wird es wieder leicht sein, eine Sphäre der angeblichen „Unwissenheit“ zu kreieren, in der auch harte „Maßnahmen“ nicht mehr seriös begründet werden müssen und in der skrupellos mit Emotionen gearbeitet wird. Und dann wird es zu spät sein, um noch rational durchzudringen.

The EU’s Orwellian crackdown on the media
