„BĂŒrgerrat“ fordert: „Desinformation“ soll strafbar werden

Ein „BĂŒrgerrat“ fĂŒr „Maßnahmen gegen Desinformation“ hat die „PrĂŒfung einer strafrechtlichen Verfolgung und/oder Sanktionierung der Verbreitung von Desinformation“ empfohlen, außerdem solle ein freiwilliges GĂŒtesiegel fĂŒr „qualitativen Journalismus“ eingefĂŒhrt werden, wie Medien berichten. Eine „unabhĂ€ngige Stelle“ solle fĂŒr das Siegel Kriterien entwickeln und es an Verlage und MedienhĂ€user vergeben, heißt es im „BĂŒrgergutachten zum Umgang mit Desinformation“, das am Donnerstag Bundesinnenministerin Nancy Faeser ĂŒbergeben wurde, wie Bertelsmann in einer Mitteilung erklĂ€rte.

Weitere VorschlĂ€ge des Rates sind unter anderem eine ÜberprĂŒfung von BeitrĂ€gen durch KĂŒnstliche Intelligenz (KI), bevor diese veröffentlicht werden; verpflichtende Lektionen zu „Medienkompetenz“ bei Elternabenden; ein („beispielsweise von Correctiv“) erstelltes „Desinformationsranking“ und viele andere

Der Untertan (German: [dÉ›ÉÌŻ ˈʊntɐtaːn], literally „the subject“, translated into English under the titles Man of Straw, The Patrioteer, and The Loyal Subject) is one of the best known novels of German author Heinrich Mann. The title character, Diederich Hessling, a dedicated ‚Untertan‘ in the sense of a person subservient to a monarch or prince, is an immoral man who is meant to serve as an allegory of both the reign of Kaiser Wilhelm II and German society of his time.

Taktik des Terrorkrieges: „Hate Speech“ und Kontrolle

(27.1.2018) Der vor einigen Jahren zuerst sukzessiv in die Informationsmedien, dann in die Politik und letztlich in repressive Gesetzgebung eingefĂŒhrte Begriff „Hate Speech“ suggeriert einerseits, Hass und daraus erfolgende Äußerungen seien quasi eine abnormale Emotion von gefĂ€hrlichen, abnormalen Menschen. Des Weiteren basiert dieser Terminus zwingend auf der Annahme, dass alle entsprechenden Äußerungen, in welcher Form auch immer (Text, Bild, Ton, kombiniert, etc), authentisch sind. Die Möglichkeit, dass entsprechende Äußerungen – z.B. Aufrufe zu Mord, Vergewaltigung, Attentate, Verletzungen aller Art – taktisch abgegeben werden, um gerade diese repressive Gesetzgebung hervorzurufen, wird dagegen durchgĂ€ngig ignoriert.
