State of Palestine takes a seat in the UN General Assembly
This significant moment follows a decision by the General Assembly in May, where a majority of members voted in favor of granting Palestine full membership rights. Fraglich bleibt, wie der Bundestag eine gültige Bundestagswahl in einer Stadt rechtfertigen will, in der eine solche Vielzahl von Irregularitäten vorliegt, dass dort die gleichzeitig stattgefundene Bezirks- und Abgeordnetenhauswahl auf der Kippe steht. Wie das Gericht beschrieben hat: sollten die Fehler nicht zur Wiederholung führen, so würde das Vertrauen in die Demokratie dauerhaft und schwerwiegend beschädigt.
