A few weeks ago, I was among the organizers of the March of the Dead in Tel Aviv. 147 coffins signifying all the Arabs killed this year were carried by young Arab men and women. Many Jews marched with us and along with great sadness we had hope that we were not alone. But for the members of the families – the orphans – this is not enough. In many of these murder cases, the victim’s family live next to the murderer who is not charged by the police because there is a lack of evidence or proof. Imagine a situation where a despicable murderer walks free alongside relatives of the murdered. What human society could allow this to occur?

Shin Bet said to join probe into quadruple murder in Abu Snan
National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, whose ministry oversees the police, published a post on his Facebook account on Wednesday morning calling Arab armed gangs “terrorist organizations” with “huge budgets and hundreds of thousands of weapons at their disposal, including millions of bullets, explosive charges, and grenade launchers.”
Ben Gvir warned that such “militias” will soon direct their attacks against the State of Israel, and called once again for the establishment of a national guard to prevent local crime.

Fear and disbelief in Arab-Israeli town after shocking quadruple murder
Four men were shot at point-blank range. Among them was Ghazi Sa’ab, a well-known member of the community, a former border police officer, and a candidate for the head of the local council.
Police say the quadruple murder was planned in advance, carried out only two hours after Sa’ab launched his municipal campaign. The four victims were standing in an olive grove near one of the entrances to the town when a squad of assassins drove up to them, exited the car, and shot them.

Not Without a Warrant
The bill adds another justification for searching without a warrant – if, in the police’s view, there are reasonable suspicions that evidence will be found there that will prove a serious crime has been committed, and there are also grounds for fearing that this evidence will be destroyed by the time a search warrant is obtained. The Ministerial Committee for Legislation did insist that in any such situation, the police officer entertaining this suspicion will need approval from a senior officer. But in practice, the police can always claim that a reasonable suspicion existed, even it if turns out the officer in question was wrong.

Netanyahu’s Ultra-Luxurious Hawaii Vacation Is a Total Legal Shitstorm
It is doubtful whether Netanyahu, who was on vacation from Aug. 15 to Sept. 1, should have been there at all: Ellison, who is seventh on the Forbes list of the richest people on earth, is also listed as a witness for the prosecution in Netanyahu’s trial on three charges of criminal corruption, which resumed this week after a three month break.
The major drama on opening day came from outside the courtroom—and outside the country—with news that Haim Geron, a former deputy director general of the communications ministry and another witness for the prosecution, died in a mysterious private plane crash near the Greek island of Samos.

FBI Using the Same Fear Tactic From the First War on Terror: Orchestrating its Own Terrorism Plots
Questioning the FBI‘s role in 1/6 was maligned by corporate media as deranged. But only ignorance about the FBI or a desire to deceive could produce such a reaction.
Is this a right-wing message or a left-wing message that I‘m expressing here, or does it show the worthlessness of those labels when it comes to the dangers posed by the permanent, secret US security state?
Watching The Watchmen
(20.07.2021)
An examination of the case by BuzzFeed News also reveals that some of those informants, acting under the direction of the FBI, played a far larger role than has previously been reported. Working in secret, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. Instead, they had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception. The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.

Protecting Israel’s Arabs Has Become a Matter of Coalition Talks
In other countries, a disclosure like Nussbaum’s would topple governments and drive people out of their minds, and then out of their homes. But in Israel, everything is permitted as long as the victims are from the “non-Jewish sector,” to use a term commonly used by state institutions. It turns out that in Israel, no price is too high to protect Shin Bet collaborators – not even 100 murdered Arabs a year.

Between 1995 and 2002 four recruits – the so-called ‘Deepcut Four’ – were found shot dead in separate incidents at the former Army training camp in Surrey. In each case, the army concluded that the young soldiers had taken their own lives.

Next stage of Netanyahu‘s corruption trial postponed until after elections
The court rejected a demand from the prime minister‘s lawyers to dismiss the indictment by reason of Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit‘s failure to formally file a written request for the probe of Netanyahu.
However, the court did condemn Mandelblit for the oversight, saying it was a „defect“ in the legal procedures.
„This is a matter of procedural defect which doesn’t concern the root of the matter,“ the court stated, as cited by Hamodia.

Netanyahu Making Progress in Bid to Cancel His Corruption Trial
A year ago, Netanyahu waived his parliamentary immunity after he realized that in the Knesset elected in September 2019, he had no chance of receiving immunity. But the prime minister’s lawyers recently claimed in court that he never waived his right to parliamentary immunity, saying that the Knesset’s immunity proceedings were flawed.
SAD Reality for DNS
The researchers determined that 35% of open resolvers are open to the attack, as well as four of six home routers made by well-known brands.
They also found that 12 of 14 popular public resolvers (now 11—Cloudflare says they‘ve corrected their systems) are susceptible. Even a patched DNS server could be made vulnerable by an unpatched or misconfigured NAT gateway.
Their 19-page paper on the exploit includes lists of devices and services tested. They have since set up a SAD DNS website featuring a Q&A and a tool that anyone can use to determine whether their DNS is vulnerable.
The flaw is being tracked as CVE-2020-25705, and affects Linux 3.18 – 5.10, Windows Server 2019 version 1809 and newer, macOS 10.15 and newer, and FreeBSD 12.1.0 and newer. The researchers did not test earlier versions of the listed operating system.
President Rivlin, Act Now – Before It‘s Too Late
The moment of truth for our future is approaching. What we saw the other day on the steps of the Capitol and inside it is a warning sign. Netanyahu’s readiness to break every rule and law is obvious, and reached a peak at the start of his trial, with that scene in the courthouse that could have come right out of a gangster movie. And in fact, the prosecutor in his trial is already under guard day and night, just like the prosecutors in the trials of organized crime bosses, and for the same reasons.
The trial has begun, and so a new situation is before us.
This Incredible Story Proves Netanyahu Has No Limits
The High Court, its president, Esther Hayut, the prosecution, Mendelblit, all have been subjected to brutal, ugly attacks. There’s no reason to envy them. But if there’s one thing they understand from their own life experience: Silence and capitulation is no way to stop a serial attacker.

Attorney-General to High Court: Don’t overturn unity gov’t
It was unclear whether the High Court could ever strike down a quasi-constitutional basic law, he said. In any event, if it were possible, it would need to be a far more extreme law, implying something criminal or actively undermining democracy, he added.
Furthermore, Mandelblit rejected the notion that the coalition was abusing or ignoring the will of the voter by forming coalitions they had vowed not to form.
