If there was a time to wake up, once again, with all our strength against the judicial coup – that time is now. This is not a drill; it‘s back with us. The protest leaders promised in the beginning that they „sleep with their boots on.“ Now it‘s time to put ours on.

Die Zombie-Linke

Die einzige Überlebenschance für die fortschrittlichen Ideen und alle Individuen, welche diese tatsächlich repräsentieren und leben, ist sich von allen, absolut allen Organisationen und Gruppen der Zombie-Linken fernhalten und diesen jedwede Nahrung, Unterstützung, Aufmerksamkeit und natürlich die noch zählende eigene Stimme bei den Wahlen zu entziehen (deren Ergebnis ist in der hiesigen Demokratie-Simulation seit 15 Jahren, absehbar bis zur vollständigen Auflösung in den “Vereinigten Staaten von Europa” Mitte der 20er Jahre, sowieso immer das Gleiche, zumindest auf der strategischen Ebene).
Erst dann wird die Zombie-Linke effektiv ausgehungert. Erst dann wird der Kampf gegen den Terror(Krieg) und die seit 2001 in seinem Schatten exekutierten Angriffskriege, der Kampf gegen Imperialismus, Kapitalismus, elektronischen Polizeistaat, Republikverbrauch und Demokratieabbau, sowie deren autoritären Symptome und Fusstruppen von rechts, wieder eine Chance haben. Genauso wie dann für die eigentlichen, positiven Inhalte, die alten Ideen um die zu erringen es geht, endlich wieder die Zeit gekommen ist.
Erst dann werden sich neue Organisationen gründen welche den Ansprüchen tatsächlich entsprechen und wirklich von dieser Welt sind. Bis hin zu der neuen Partei, die sich als ungenießbar entpuppt.
NATO-Ostflanke: Pistorius will 4000 Soldaten in Litauen stationieren
Bundesverteidigungsminister Boris Pistorius hat angekündigt, zusätzliche 4000 Bundeswehrsoldatinnen und -soldaten in das NATO-Partnerland Litauen zu schicken, um die Ostflanke der NATO zu stärken. „Deutschland ist bereit, dauerhaft eine robuste Brigade in Litauen zu stationieren“, sagte Pistorius in Vilnius.
Der litauische Präsident forderte wegen Prigozhin eine Stärkung der Ostflanke der NATO. Laut Präsident Nauseda wird Litauen mehr Ressourcen, einschließlich ausländischer Geheimdienste bereitstellen, um mit „den sicherheitspolitischen Aspekten Weißrusslands“ Schritt zu halten.
Murder of Yevgeny Nuzhin
On 15 November Mykhailo Podoliak, Ukrainian presidential advisor, said that Nuzhin had agreed to participate in prisoner exchange.
A source in Ukrainian army told BBC that Nuzhin was returned to Russia in exchange for twenty Ukrainian servicemen freed from Russian captivity. The source, as well as journalist Ramina Eshakzai, who interviewed Nuzhin, both opined that as soon as they could get Ukrainian soldiers in exchange, they did not care what happened to Nuzhin.

Putin ally Yevgeny Prigozhin said unverified footage of Yevgeny Nuzhin, 55, being struck with a sledgehammer was „a dog‘s death for a dog“.
The convicted murderer announced in September he had changed sides.
In the video he says he was hit on the head while walking in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and woke up in a cellar.

The snuff film Apostol took part in was filmed and uploaded in 2017, although it didn’t gain a wide viewership until two years later. Last week, it was cited by the European Union in its decision to sanction the Wagner Group as a whole, along with three companies and seven individuals connected to it, for “serious human rights abuses in Ukraine, Syria, Libya, the Central African Republic (CAR), Sudan and Mozambique, which include torture and extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and killings.” Brussels also named Wagner’s commander, Dmitry Utkin, a former GRU officer, as the man responsible for Bouta’s torture and the recording made of it.

The Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta has published new evidence in the torture and beheading of a man in Syria, whose gruesome death was first revealed in a two-minute video released on June 30, 2017. At the time, observers speculated that the Russian-speakers pounding the man with a sledgehammer and chopping at his body with knives and shovels were possibly mercenaries from the “Wagner” private military company. Earlier this month, Novaya Gazeta acquired an additional two videos from the murder scene, and the newspaper says the new footage bolsters suspicions that Russian mercenaries were behind the killing.
Wagner chief Prigozhin speaks out after 24-hour mutiny
Speaking about the conditions of the deal that was reportedly done in order to bring the Wagner rebellion to a halt over the weekend, Prigozhin claims the group was „categorically against the decision to close Wagner on 1 July 2023 and to incorporate it into the defence ministry“.
Commanders refused to accept the request to sign contracts with the Russian ministry of defence, he adds. In exchange, he claims around 30 of his men „were killed by Russian attacks“ – the BBC hasn‘t verified this claim.

But the prime minister is now breathing easy and praising the judges whom he previously suspected of being leftists. And Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, who views the court’s position as a colossal mistake, is currently determined to go all the way, including to the Supreme Court.
Electronic Voting Banned in Germany

Earlier this year, there was an important legal dispute in Germany, about whether electronic voting machines were legal for use in German government elections. The dispute was decided by the German Constitutional Court (similar to the U.S. Supreme Court), and the short answer was „no.“ Now, we have available an official English translation of the ruling. As I had been told before, the ruling really does seem to ban any kind of computing equipment from being used in German elections. The legal reasoning was interesting enough that I thought I‘d share one reflection on it. The basis for the ruling was the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany (similar in function to the U.S. Constitution) and the principle that „all essential steps in the elections are subject to public examinability.“

The Court invalidated the Federal Voting Machine Regulation (Bundeswahlgeräteverordnung, Sept. 3, 1975, BUNDESGESETZBLATT I at 2459, as amended, available at http://bundesrecht.juris.de/bwahlgv/index.html). This Regulation failed to require transparent control mechanisms for ensuring an accurate vote count and thereby violated article 38 and article 20, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Basic Law (the Federal Constitution) (Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany (Grundgesetz, GG) [in English translation], http://www.iuscomp.org/gla/statutes/GG.htm#20 (last visited Mar. 23, 2009)). Article 38 guarantees free and equal elections, whereas article 20, paragraph 1, requires that governmental power be based on elections and paragraph 2 guarantees that laws and regulations are in conformity with the Constitution.

Republicans under Trump’s leadership view voting as a privilege that should be zealously guarded against those who can’t affirmatively prove their eligibility on demand or who aren’t able or willing to stand in long lines on Election Day under the watchful eyes of professional intimidators. All the fatuous talk these days of the GOP being the party of the working class is hard to square with its determination to maintain a throwback system of voting that makes it hard for working people to cast ballots during restricted hours on a weekday.
