The leaders of the eight parties that compose the new coalition won‘t be able to serve in any other government that might arise during the 24th Knesset, a clause in the emerging coalition agreements stipulates.
The exact wording of the clause is currently under negotiation between the incoming prime minister, Naftali Bennett, and Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid. Its purpose is to ensure the government will not fall before the rotation between the two leaders takes place.
