Gabbard Falls in Line, Claims Iran Close to Nukes

NBC News reports that Gabbard has been sidelined in the White House debate on Iran. In her X post, the intelligence chief appeared to attempt to align her view with the president’s. “Iran is at the point that it can produce a nuclear weapon within weeks to months, if they decide to finalize the assembly,” she wrote. “President Trump has been clear that can’t happen, and I agree.”

Many users on X are comparing Gabbard’s post to former Secretary of State Colin Powell’s 2003 address to the UN Security Council. During the speech, Powell infamously presented false information that hardened beliefs among Americans that Iraq was seeking weapons of mass destruction, and that dictator Saddam Hussein had ties to al-Qaeda.

Israel says Iran was racing toward a nuclear weapon. US intel says it was years away

When Israel launched its series of strikes against Iran last week, it also issued a number of dire warnings about the country’s nuclear program, suggesting Iran was fast approaching a point of no return in its quest to obtain nuclear weapons and that the strikes were necessary to preempt that outcome.

But US intelligence assessments had reached a different conclusion – not only was Iran not actively pursuing a nuclear weapon, it was also up to three years away from being able to produce and deliver one to a target of its choosing, according to four people familiar with the assessment.

Let us lay out the facts.

Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and allows international inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). It is under constant surveillance and has faced crushing sanctions for even the possibility of nuclear capability.

Israel, on the other hand, is not a signatory to the NPT. It has never permitted IAEA inspections of its nuclear facilities. And yet, it is widely believed to possess approximately 90 nuclear warheads.

It is also the only nuclear-armed power in the Middle East, and has consistently behaved in opposition to international law with its lethal tactics targeting civilians.

At this very moment, Israel’s leaders are under investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for genocide. This is not theory or speculation – it is unfolding in real time.

David Kelly/Assassination: Unanswered Questions

1. Operation Mason, the police code-name for the search for Dr Kelly, was officially started before his family had reported him missing. The official explanation is that operation start times are often made retrospective to cover any preceding period relevant to the operation; but if this were the reason in this case, then the start time would need to be weeks, not hours earlier. Who authorised the opening of documentation on the operation and at precisely what time?

2. Why were there no fingerprints on Dr Kelly‘s knife, pill packets, water bottle, glasses, mobile or watch? He wore no gloves. Police knew this when they gave evidence to Hutton but the absence of prints wasn‘t mentioned.

3. Lord Hutton said photographic evidence showed Dr Kelly‘s body was found propped against a tree, yet the first paramedic to reach the scene said he was originally flat on his back. Who moved the body and why?

Iran seeking to expand military program to weapons of mass destruction: German intelligence

Fox News obtained a May 2019 intelligence document from the state of Bavaria detailing Iran‘s nefarious weapons activities in the southern German state during the previous year.

Iran is a „risk country“ that is „making efforts to expand its conventional arsenal of weapons with weapons of mass destruction,“ wrote the Bavarian Office for the Protection of the Constitution in its intelligence report.

The Bavarian agency is the rough equivalent of the FBI without arrest powers.
