Haim Rubinstein from the Hostages and Missing Families Forum said the campaign group will file a case against Hamas leaders at the ICC.

President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. spoke today with Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani of Qatar on implementation of the hostage deal and humanitarian pause in Gaza. The leaders discussed hurdles to implementation of the deal and mechanisms for resolving those hurdles as soon as possible. They agreed to remain in close contact to ensure the deal is fully implemented according to its terms.
A spokesperson for Qatar’s foreign ministry said Thursday afternoon that the temporary truce between Israel and Hamas would go into effect Friday at 7 a.m., while a first group of 13 Israeli hostages would be freed on Friday at 4 p.m.
The starting time of the truce would be announced within the next 24 hours, it said in a statement.
Qatari mediators were previously seeking a deal for Hamas to release 50 Israeli hostages, Reuters reported. Among those hostages would be three Americans, including Abigail Mor Idan.
Approximately 10 Americans remain unaccounted for.
In exchange, Israel has agreed to a ceasefire for at least four days for the first time since the outbreak of the war.
Brett McGurk, Senior Middle East Advisor to President Biden, is reportedly set to travel to the Israeli entity and countries in the Middle East to discuss the war on Gaza and efforts to secure the release of captives held by the Resistance, Axios reported.
This trip is part of the Biden administration‘s unwavering support for the Israeli occupation. McGurk will coordinate with NATO and European allies in Brussels before visiting „Israel“, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Qatar.

The Biden administration has been considering using third countries to process the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa applicants, and on Thursday the Pentagon announced it would send around 1,000 troops to Qatar in the coming days to facilitate the processing. A top Taliban official has met with a Qatari official before leaving the country for Afghanistan.
Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar met with Qatar‘s Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on Tuesday.
The two leaders discussed the importance of Coalition forces’ continued presence in the region to tackle the shared threat from Daesh.
Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif held talks in Tehran on Saturday with his Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, according to the official IRNA news agency.
The Qatari minister is expected to meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani during the visit.
„There is a discussion for procurement of various Russian equipment, but there is no understanding as of yet as to this particular equipment,“ he added, referring to Russia‘s S-400 missile defense system.
Lavrov also confirmed that talks on „bilateral“ military cooperation with gas-rich Qatar were under way.
