Das ist eine neue Form des magnetoelektrischen Effekts, die man bisher noch nicht kannte“, erklärte der Physiker.

Die tägliche Täuschung: Das RKI zählt am Gesetz vorbei
Das RKI zählt alle SARS-CoV2-positiven Testergebnisse als COVID-19-Fälle und setzt sie COVID-19-Infektionen/Erkrankungen gleich (siehe unten 1). Diese Gleichsetzung widerspricht jedoch dem IfSG (siehe 2.). Denn positive Testergebnisse belegen keine Infektion und erst recht keine Erkrankung im Sinne des IfSG (siehe 3. u. 4.).
Ein gesetzlich korrekter Ausweis der Fallzahlen wäre um so wichtiger, als die Infektionszahlen Dreh- und Angelpunkt für staatliches Handeln sind, insbesondere für die Beibehaltung und Verschärfungen von COVID-19-Maßnahmen, und auch von den Gerichten wie eine gottgleiche Offenbarung behandelt werden. Wie gerade erst in einem Verfahren beim Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshof festgestellt wurde, gibt es bei den zuständigen Behörden, zumindest im Land Bayern, keine Akten über die Entscheidungsfindung zu den Corona-Maßnahmen; man hat sich dort ausschließlich auf die Lageberichte des RKI und des Landesgesundheitsamts verlassen (siehe hier).

30 August 2020 – UNDER THE PRESSURE of The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), The Australian Government is in a hurry to get a new bill passed. It‘s not really a new bill, it‘s actually a new bit tacked on to an existing one. It‘s called the National Radioactive Waste Management Amendment (Site Specification, Community Fund and Other Measures) Bill 2020.
The amendment does two important things: it selects a definite place in South Australia, a farmer‘s property called Napandee, as a radioactive waste dump and it removes the possibility of a judicial review of that selection.
