Am vergangenen Freitag hat das französische Verfassungsgericht die RechtmĂ€ĂŸigkeit eines Exportverbotes fĂŒr solche Pestizide bestĂ€tigt, deren Gebrauch in der EU untersagt ist. Der Conceil constitutionnel wies damit die Klage von BAYER, SYNGENTA und anderen im Unternehmensverband UIPP organisierten Hersteller gegen das Agrikultur- und Nahrungsmittelgesetz (Egalim) ab. Die Konzerne hatten den Conseil angerufen, weil sie die verfassungsmĂ€ĂŸig garantierte Freiheit des Unternehmertums durch den ab dem Jahr 2022 geltenden Ausfuhr-Bann eingeschrĂ€nkt sahen.
