All diese Fragen und noch viel mehr werden auf einem „Fragebogen zur Kinder- und jugendĂ€rztlichen Einschulungsuntersuchung“ gestellt. Dieser Fragebogen wird thĂŒringenweit seit 2003 an alle Eltern von VorschĂŒlern im Rahmen der schulĂ€rztlichen Untersuchung geschickt. Nach Recherchen von MDR THĂRINGEN sind die AuskĂŒnfte, die die Eltern geben, teilweise unzulĂ€ssig. Der ThĂŒringer Landesbeauftragte fĂŒr Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit in ThĂŒringen, Lutz Hasse, hat diesen Fragebogen jetzt kritisiert. Nach Information von MDR THĂRINGEN wĂŒrden einzelne Fragen datenschutzrechtlichen Grundlagen widersprechen.
