In recordings aired by Israel‘s Channel 13 News, Rabbi Eliezer Kashtiel, head of the Bnei David academy in Eli, is heard saying that „the Arab wants to be under the occupation because they have a genetic problem, they don‘t know how to manage a country, they don‘t know how to do anything,“ and that „we believe in racism.“ Rabbi Giora Redel was recorded saying that Hitler was „correct in his ideology“ and „is one hundred percent correct, except for the fact that he‘s on the wrong side.“

‘Let Us Die at Home in Peace’: Israel Plans to Evict Dozens of Holocaust Survivors
100-year-old Alexander Litvin, who fought with the Red Army against the Nazis, doesn‘t understand why Israeli authorities want to evict him from his home in the housing complex, where he‘s lived for the past 20 years.
“I can’t move [to a new] house at my age, I don’t know why the government decided to evict us, it’s our home,” said Litvin. He is one of 70 elderly men and women, 45 of them are Holocaust survivors and World War II veterans, who live in a residential compound in the town of Bnei Ayish in south-central Israel and scheduled to be forced out in four months.
My Prime Minister’s Holocaust Commemoration Was One Long Obscenity; and It’s Not Over
He advances to the microphones with that same chromeplate of self-besotted, transparently over-emotive self-canonization, and tells the survivors how great they have it here, with him in power.
The Holocaust. Like everything else, it’s all about him.
This year, I will freely admit, his address to the aged survivors – “to the Holocaust survivors who, this evening, come before everyone and are above everyone” – stood out from the usual.

Fiona Onasanya becomes first MP to be kicked out of Parliament by voters
She is the first MP ever to be removed by the recall process, introduced by David Cameron in 2015.
Some 19,261 people signed the petition – 27.64% of those eligible to take part and well above the 10% threshold for a recall.
Will Nigel Farage’s Brexit party sink the Tories?
But this time, few MPs from any party seem keen to talk about this week’s local elections — or the impact they are likely to have on Brexit, Theresa May’s tenure in No. 10 and the future of British politics in general. This is because they know that the European elections, which are just three weeks away, will have a huge influence on all of these questions.
The European elections are the vote that was never meant to happen.
Democrats blast Barr for missing hearing
Barr skipped the House Judiciary Committee hearing because he objected to Democratic demands that their staff counsel be able to question him.
Democrats went forward with the theater of the hearing anyway, setting up an empty chair for the absent attorney general.

Gavin Williamson demands police probe into HIMSELF claiming it’s the only way to clear his name over leak which got him sacked
Scotland Yard are on standby to launch a probe into claims the ex-Defence Secretary leaked spy secrets.
But they can‘t start their investigation unless they get the green light from No10 – and Theresa May is reluctant to get the cops involved.
Sarchy: Open source alternative to Google Search
search
Sarchy : A New Hope in Search – A new implementation of the not-so-young, open source search engine YaCy
Sarchy is not really a newcomer. It is based on the open source search engine YaCy, which is already 8 years old. YaCy is a distributed peer-to-peer search engine written by a team of German developers. The source code is hosted on GitHub. According to its web site, « you don’t need to install external databases or a web server, everything is already included ».
To be honest, I tested a YaCy implementation some years ago and I wasn’t impressed at the time. But *this* time it’s somewhat different. This implementation of YaCy *is* very interesting.
Police must decide on prosecution over Huawei leak, says Hunt
Responding to a question from the Press Association during a visit to Ethiopia, Mr Hunt said: “Let me say that, when it comes to issues like whether there should be a police investigation or not, there’s a very, very important principle of our system that those decisions are not made by politicians, they are made independently by police.
“And that has to be the correct way forward in this situation.”
No need to refer Huawei leak to police, Cabinet Secretary says
„The Prime Minister has said she now considers that this matter has been closed and the Cabinet Secretary does not consider it necessary to refer it to the police, but we would of course cooperate fully should the police themselves consider that an investigation were necessary.“
Lidington‘s remarks were echoed by Cabinet Secretary Sir Mark Sedwill – the most senior civil servant in the UK – who said he did not believe it necessary to refer the matter to the police.

(24.04.2019)
Representatives from the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will meet at the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) annual two-day conference, CYBERUK, in Glasgow on Wednesday.
It comes as the Daily Telegraph reported that Huawei will have limited access to build “non-core” infrastructure like antennas despite warnings of potential national security threats.
Geopolitics – Huawei ban: Australia becomes increasingly isolated among Five Eyes partners if UK includes Chinese firm in 5G network
(26.04.2019)
The US has urged other Five Eyes members – the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia – to exclude Huawei from the construction of new telecommunications networks, claiming the company could provide covert access for Chinese intelligence collection, making secure data vulnerable.
However, if the reports from the UK prove accurate, Australia would stand alone as the only member of the Five Eyes alliance – aside from the US – with an all-out ban on Chinese telecoms equipment. Australia, for its part, on Thursday reaffirmed the ban.
Today the US extradition case against our publisher Julian Assange formally begins in British courts, but this extradition case actually started in 2010.
Julian Assange‘s sentence is as shocking as it is vindictive. We have grave concerns as to whether he will receive a fair extradition hearing in the UK.
READ: Gavin Williamson Responds to the Prime Minister
„I am sorry that you feel recent leaks from the National Security Council originated in my Department. I emphatically believe this was not the case. I strenuously deny that I was in any way involved in this leak and I am confident that a thorough and formal inquiry would have vindicated my position.
I have always trusted my civil servants, military advisers and staff. I believe the assurances they have given me.
I appreciate you offering me the option to resign, but to resign would have been to accept that I, my civil servants, my military advisers or my staff were responsible: this was not the case.“
Theresa May entlässt Verteidigungsminister Williamson

Gavin Williamson: ‚I was tried by kangaroo court – then sacked‘
May was told of what she called “compelling” evidence of Williamson’s involvement before she was due to face a grilling from the backbench liaison committee. The defence secretary was later summoned to May’s House of Commons office, where she confronted him with the evidence, offered him the opportunity to resign – and when he refused, immediately fired him.

Trump Nominates Disgraced Ambassador to Represent US in Bogota
Before leaving the South American city, Goldberg was accused of conspiring against the government of Evo Morales and declared a “persona non grata” by the state. Washington has denied all conspiracy allegations and has not commented on the pending nomination. However, Goldberg will have to be approved by both the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Upper House and by the plenary.
US Economic Bullying Devastates Venezuela: Illhan Omar Denounces
“A lot of the policies we have put in place have helped lead the devastation in Venezuela. And we’ve set the stage for where we’re arriving today,“ she said and added that „this particular bullying and the use of sanctions to eventually intervene and make regime change really does not help the people of countries like Venezuela, and it certainly does not help and is not in the interest of the United States.”
