NBC News reports that Gabbard has been sidelined in the White House debate on Iran. In her X post, the intelligence chief appeared to attempt to align her view with the presidentâs. âIran is at the point that it can produce a nuclear weapon within weeks to months, if they decide to finalize the assembly,â she wrote. âPresident Trump has been clear that canât happen, and I agree.â
Many users on X are comparing Gabbardâs post to former Secretary of State Colin Powellâs 2003 address to the UN Security Council. During the speech, Powell infamously presented false information that hardened beliefs among Americans that Iraq was seeking weapons of mass destruction, and that dictator Saddam Hussein had ties to al-Qaeda.

Trump Has Bombed Iran. What Happens Next Is His Fault.
Again, Iran explicitly warned it would attack the US military if the US military did the thing it just did. If and when these retaliatory strikes come, the warmongers will try to argue that this is a valid reason to escalate this war. They will be lying. They chose to make this happen.
Whatever transpires from this point on is the fault of Donald Trump and the unelected thugs he listens to. If US troops are killed, the war sluts in Washington and the Pentagon propagandists in the press will list their names and bandy about their photos and demand that their deaths be avenged with further acts of warâââbut it will not be Iranâs fault that they died.
It will be Trumpâs fault. It will be the fault of everyone whose decisions led up to bombs being dropped on Iranian energy infrastructure, and the fault of everyone who put those soldiers in harmâs way.
None of this needed to happen. Iran was at the negotiating table. The Iran deal was working fine before Trump shredded it to put us on this terrible trajectory. The warmongers artificially manufactured this situation and knowingly inflicted this horror upon our world.

It is astonishingly surprising that strikes on nuclear sites, which are a war crime under international law, and are being lauded by the German leader.

Donald Trump has announced in a social media post that the US has „completed our very successful attack“ on three nuclear sites in Iran.
„We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan,“ Trump wrote on Truth Social on Saturday evening.
„All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow,“ he said.
„All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE!
