In the present report, the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 investigates the corporate machinery sustaining the Israeli settler-colonial project of displacement and replacement of the Palestinians in the occupied territory. While political leaders and Governments shirk their obligations, far too many corporate entities have profited from the Israeli economy of illegal occupation, apartheid and now genocide. The complicity exposed by the report is just the tip of the iceberg; ending it will not happen without holding the private sector accountable, including# its executives. International law recognizes varying degrees of responsibility – each requiring scrutiny and accountability, particularly in this case, where a people’s self-determination and very existence are at stake. This is a necessary step to end the genocide and dismantle the global system that has allowed it.
Between May and October 2025, over 2,600 Palestinians were killed and around 19,000 injured in the attempt to seek life-sustaining aid from GHF sites across Gaza, according to the Drop Site report.
UG Solutions confirmed that it is preparing for “a wide range of potential scenarios,” which could include an advisory presence or “robust security” roles linked to the newly authorized International Stabilization Force (ISF).

A former army officer who applied for a position as an “International Humanitarian Security Officer” at UG Solutions told Drop Site that a company official told him in a job interview at the end of October that 12 to 15 sites were being planned to open in Gaza and that the company was “going to need a lot more guys.” The former army officer spoke to Drop Site on condition of anonymity, citing security concerns.

Israeli forces have killed at least 17 Palestinians and wounded 71 others in Gaza in the past 24 hours, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
An Israeli strike on the Ghaboun family home late Thursday in northern Gaza’s Al-Sabra neighborhood trapped more than 40 Palestinians under the rubble, Gaza’s Civil Defense said.
At least six people were killed by the attack, Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya, the director of the local Al-Shifa Hospital, told CNN. In total, 30 Palestinians have been killed since Wednesday evening, according to Abu Salmiya.
GAZA, October 9, 2025 (WAFA) – Twenty-five Palestinians were killed since dawn Thursday as Israeli occupation forces continued their airstrikes and home demolitions across the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
The Gaza-based Government Media Office said at least 94 people were killed on Saturday and Sunday. At least seven more were killed on Monday morning, according to local media.
Israeli forces carried out 131 air and artillery strikes on densely populated areas across the Strip over the weekend, the media office added.

GAZA, September 27, 2025 (WAFA) – The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 65,926, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 167,783 others have also been injured.
This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
The Palestinian health ministry confirmed that Israeli forces have killed at least 74 Palestinians and wounded 265 others across the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours.
The ministry noted that Israeli troops killed 17 people and wounded 89 others attempting to reach humanitarian aid.
