Allein aus den unvollständigen, falschen, teils gar manipulierten Niederschriften der Wahllokale ergebe sich die Ungültigkeit der Wahlen. Das Gericht betonte dabei, dass in diese Niederschriften nur einer reingesehen habe, nämlich Luthe selbst.

Auch die Bundestagswahl muss wiederholt werden. Alles andere würde das Vertrauen in die Wahl an sich erschüttern. Denn niemandem ist es ernsthaft zu vermitteln, dass die AGH Wahl so voller Fehler war, die BT aber nicht.
Wahlwiederholung in Berlin: Rot-Grün-Rot wohl bald Geschichte
Jetzt ist es amtlich. Die Wahlen zum Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus und zu den 12 Bezirksverordnetenversammlungen vom 26. September 2021 müssen vollständig wiederholt werden, sie sind ungültig. Das hat der Verfassungsgerichtshof des Landes Berlin am Mittwochvormittag verkündet. Laut Landeswahlgesetz muss diese Wahlwiederholung spätestens 90 Tage nach der Veröffentlichung des Urteils im Amtsblatt, die am Freitag erfolgen wird, stattfinden. Voraussichtlicher Wahltermin wäre demnach der 12. Februar. Da es sich rechtlich nicht um Neuwahlen, sondern eine Wahlwiederholung handelt, werden die seinerzeit eingereichten Wahlvorschläge für Direkt- und Listenkandidaten erneut zur Abstimmung stehen. Gegen diese Entscheidung gibt es keine Rechtsmittel.

Christian Thiels, Germany’s defense ministry spokesman, said Berlin had proposed to help Poland to patrol its airspace. According to the official, German Eurofighter jets could be deployed as early as “tomorrow.”
This statement came after Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto said he was not ruling out a discussion within NATO about the closure of Ukrainian airspace.

Officials from the Baltic states blamed Russia and claimed that Poland should invoke NATO’s Article 5 in retaliation. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky accused Russia of “terrorism” and said NATO needed to “act” against this “attack on collective security.”
NATO to send air defense systems to Slovakia. Germany and the Netherlands will deliver MIM-104 Patriot PAC-3 air defense systems to Slovakia. Prior, Slovak Defense Minister said that his country would transfer the Soviet-made S-300 air defense systems to Ukraine.
