First Abrams Tanks Arrive in Ukraine, Zelensky Says
Mr. Zelensky offered no details in a post on his Telegram channel, but U.S. officials said two platoons worth of tanks were delivered to Ukraine. That would generally amount to between eight and 10 tanks.

Weiter führt das Blatt aus:
„Die ukrainischen Behörden versuchten zunächst, Journalisten der Times den Zugang zu den Raketentrümmern und dem Einschlagsgebiet unmittelbar nach dem Einschlag zu verwehren. Doch schließlich gelang es den Reportern, an den Ort des Geschehens zu gelangen, Zeugen zu befragen und Überreste der eingesetzten Waffe zu sammeln.“

With Zelenskyy in town, White House still a no on ATACMS long-range missiles for Ukraine
The security package is expected to be announced later today, but White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters that President Joe Biden has “determined that he would not provide ATACMS,” referring to Army Tactical Missile Systems, “but he is also not taking it off the table in the future.”
Earlier this month ABC News reported the Biden administration was closing in on providing ATACMS, which have a range of up to 300 kilometers (186 miles), to Ukraine.

Manufacturer MBDA says the Storm Shadow has a range of more than 150 miles, giving Kyiv the ability to strike behind the Russian front line.
Britain is understood to have received assurances that the missiles will only be used defensively against targets in Ukrainian territory being occupied by Vladimir Putin’s forces.
The Government has not provided detail on the number of missiles to be provided to Kyiv.

The previous successful Ukrainian attack on the Crimean bridge happened in October 2022, when a truck carrying a disguised bomb blew up on it. The explosion killed three civilians, including the driver of the vehicle. On 15 November Mykhailo Podoliak, Ukrainian presidential advisor, said that Nuzhin had agreed to participate in prisoner exchange.
A source in Ukrainian army told BBC that Nuzhin was returned to Russia in exchange for twenty Ukrainian servicemen freed from Russian captivity. The source, as well as journalist Ramina Eshakzai, who interviewed Nuzhin, both opined that as soon as they could get Ukrainian soldiers in exchange, they did not care what happened to Nuzhin.
