..to register an FIR? Does SS tweet mean mly officers are above the law or that they cannot commit a crime? If we allege one of them has committed a crime, how is institution being maligned?

Arshad Sharif, who was critical of the Army, was killed in Kenya last October as he fled the country citing threats to his life from the security agencies.
The killing of the investigative journalist by police in Kenya caused outrage in Pakistan.
Kenya‘s police, in an initial report, had said the 49-year-old was shot dead in a moving vehicle in a case of mistaken identity.
Khan, 71, had earlier accused Gen Naseer along with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah of an assassination attempt on his life in November last year in Punjab province‘s Wazirabad wherein he received three bullets in his leg.

Pakistan‘s Joint Investigation Team (JIT), investigating the assassination attempt at former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan, found that the firing was carried out from three different shooting sites, Dawn reported.
The JIT, formed by the Punjab government, found that Imran Khan was shot by three bullets on the container-mounted-truck during the PTI‘s Azadi March in Wazirabad.

Harow was testifying in so-called Case 2000 against Netanyahu, in which the prime minister is accused of fraud and breach of trust over his alleged attempt to reach a quid pro quo agreement with Mozes whereby Yedioth would give the prime minister more positive media coverage in exchange for legislation weakening Israel Hayom.

Ari Harow, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s chief of staff for a year starting in mid-2014 will begin giving testimony tomorrow in the premier’s corruption trial.
Harow is the third and final state witness scheduled to give evidence at the trial.
Two days into Operation Shield and Arrow, the Biden administration is encouraging Israel to reach an agreement on a ceasefire and bring the operation to an end.
The 15-member UN Security Council met behind closed-doors on Wednesday over the latest violence.
