ErklĂ€rung des chinesischen AuĂenministeriums zum Besuch von Pelosi in Taiwan
Im Jahr 1979 haben sich die Vereinigten Staaten im Gemeinsamen KommuniquĂ© China-USA ĂŒber die Aufnahme diplomatischer Beziehungen klar dazu verpflichtet: âDie Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika erkennen die Regierung der Volksrepublik China als die alleinige rechtmĂ€Ăige Regierung Chinas an. In diesem Zusammenhang wird das Volk der Vereinigten Staaten kulturelle, kommerzielle und andere inoffizielle Beziehungen mit dem Volk von Taiwan unterhalten.â Der Kongress als Teil der US-Regierung ist von Natur aus verpflichtet, die Ein-China-Politik der US-Regierung strikt einzuhalten und sich jeglichen offiziellen Austauschs mit Chinas Taiwan-Region zu enthalten. China ist seit jeher gegen den Besuch von US-Kongressmitgliedern in Taiwan. Und die US-Exekutive hat die Aufgabe, einen solchen Besuch zu verhindern. Da Sprecherin Pelosi die amtierende Vorsitzende des US-Kongresses ist, stellen ihr Besuch und ihre AktivitĂ€ten in Taiwan, in welcher Form und aus welchem Grund auch immer, eine groĂe politische Provokation dar. China akzeptiert dies absolut nicht, und das chinesische Volk lehnt dies entschieden ab.

Chinese warplanes take to skies, US warships on move before expected Pelosi visit to Taiwan
Chinese warplanes buzzed the line dividing the Taiwan Strait on Tuesday shortly before the expected arrival in Taipei of U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi for a visit that has pushed friction between Washington and Beijing to a new level.
The Chinese leadership has repeatedly warned against Pelosi, a long-time critic of Beijing, making a trip to self-ruled Taiwan, which China claims as its own.

– fast jede seit dem 14. September 2001 angeordnete militĂ€rische Aktion, Operation und Invasion, wie der Eroberung von Afghanistan (2001), Irak (2003), Libyen (2011), Luftangriffen bzw Bodenoperationen z.B. in Somalia, Jemen, Pakistan, Kenia, etc, etc, pp,
– den versuchten Aufbau einer „Totalen Informationskenntnis“ („Total Information Awareness“) ĂŒber alle Menschen, Gruppen, Strömungen und Organisationen im Macht- bzw Einflussbereich der U.S.A. (also dem, was die Gesellschaft heute als „TotalĂŒberwachung“ versteht),
– die folgende Erschaffung eines informationstechnologischen, Privatleben fressenden Frankensteins, eines weltweit vernetzten Golem der „Nationalen Sicherheit AG“ bzw dem „sicherheitsindustriellen Komplex“, der allein 800.000 Personen (Stand: 2010) Zugang zu „streng geheimen“ Informationen und damit Zugang zu praktisch allen u.a. aus Telekommunikationssystemen wie dem Internet gesammelten bzw geraubten Daten von BĂŒrgerinnen und BĂŒrgern in ungezĂ€hlten Datenbanken und Tauschbörsen der Spione, MilitĂ€rs und (Geheim)Polizeien und Behörden allein in den U.S.A. gibt, samt einer bis heute nicht verifizierten Zahl assoziierter KrĂ€fte und Stellen, z.B. in der Republik Deutschland,
– die Errichtung des Lagers Guantanamo, sowie einer unbekannten Zahl geheimer Folterkammern und Kerker auf eigenem Territorium, in Besatzungszonen und / oder in kollaborierenden Staaten, in denen Menschen willkĂŒrlich eingesperrt, gequĂ€lt oder ermordet wurden,
sowie weitere offene oder klandestine MaĂnahmen, wie z.B. die „Uminterpretation“ von geltendem Recht zu faktischem geheimen Kriegsrecht in ungezĂ€hlten Staaten, ist ein am 14. September 2001 bei alleiniger Gegenstimme von Barbara Lee durch den Kongress gejagter und, zumindest in der Geschichte der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, prĂ€zedenzloser Gesetzestext: die „Authorization for Use of Military Force“.

Under both 127e and 1202, the use of proxy forces must support âauthorizedâ U.S. military operations. The Defense Department has cited two sources of authority for engaging in combat through and with 127e proxies: the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force, or AUMFâthe authority for the United Statesâs endless âwar on terrorââand the presidentâs constitutional prerogative to engage in âself-defense,â defined expansively by executive branch lawyers.
The Defense Department could cite similar authorities for the use of 1202 proxies. Although no AUMF was designed to counter Iran, North Korea, Russia, or China, the executive branch believes it has the authority to engage these countries militarily.

Daher ist ein Befahren jener GewĂ€sser verboten. Zudem findet seit Montag 14:00 Uhr und bis Donnerstag 24:00 Uhr im Norden des Bohai-Meers eine SchieĂenĂŒbung mit scharfer Munition statt. The Chinese army has not fought a war for nearly 40 years. Such a long period of peace has been won by the joint efforts of the Party, the government, the PLA and all Chinese people. It has created basic conditions for China‘s comprehensive and rapid development and is worthy of being cherished and safeguarded.
But at the same time we need to keep reminding ourselves to maintain distance and vigilance against the naive mind-set that wishes for absolute pacifism. We must avoid the situation in which people no longer know how to fight after living in peace for so long. For a major country like China, the consequence of having a relaxed mentality on national defense construction is unthinkable.

„We would like to tell the United States once again that China is standing by, the Chinese People‘s Liberation Army will never sit idly by, and China will take resolute responses and strong countermeasures to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity,“ he said during a regular press briefing.
As to what exactly the measures will be, the world should „wait and see“, he added.
Over the weekend, various nationalistic commentators had alluded to supporting a military response.
