Mit der großspurig als „Teilhabechancengesetz“ (10. SGB II-ÄndG) betitelten Änderung des SGB II wird de facto die Zwangsarbeit für ALG II-Bezieher eingeführt und legitimiert. Danach sollen „sehr arbeitsmarktferne“ Personen, welche seit sechs Jahren ALG II erhalten, für die Dauer von 5 Jahren zwangsweise einem Arbeitgeber zugewiesen werden.
Lediglich Aufstocker, die in diesem Zeitraum durchgehend abhängig vollzeitbeschäftig waren, sind davon ausgenommen. Alle anderen ALG II Bezieher – die in Teilzeit arbeiten, wiederholt nur kurzfristige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse hatten, selbständig erwerbstätig sind (auch in Vollzeit), oder arbeitslos – müssen damit rechnen, vom Jobcenter zwangsrekrutiert zu werden. Und natürlich erwirbt der Zwangsarbeiter dabei keinen Anspruch auf ALG I.
Aber der „tiefe Staat“ ist keine unermessliche und geheime Verschwörungstheorie. Der tiefe Staat ist real, er funktioniert in der Öffentlichkeit, und er ist alles andere als monolithisch. Der tiefe Staat ist einfach die permanente, nicht gewählte Regierung, die ihre Macht weiter ausbaut, unabhängig davon, wie die Amerikaner wählen.

But if the outcome of the Summit inches us away from Armageddon and toward Détente, as did the Singapore summit, have at the naysayers – they are standing in the way of our survival. And likewise praise to the skies a positive outcome. It is this attitude that the press is trying to prevent.
Let them not instill in the populace a hatred of Trump that is stronger than the hatred of war.
