Netanyahu: Ties to former PM Barak prove Epstein didn’t work for Israel

“Jeffrey Epstein’s unusual close relationship with Ehud Barak doesn’t suggest Epstein worked for Israel. It proves the opposite,” wrote Netanyahu, in English, on X.

“Stuck on his election loss from over two decades ago, Barak has for years obsessively attempted to undermine Israeli democracy by working with the anti-Zionist radical left in failed attempts to overthrow the elected Israeli government,” Netanyahu claimed.

Israel Knew Hamas’s Attack Plan More Than a Year Ago

(November 30, 2023)

The document circulated widely among Israeli military and intelligence leaders, but experts determined that an attack of that scale and ambition was beyond Hamas’s capabilities, according to documents and officials. It is unclear whether Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu or other top political leaders saw the document, as well.

(…)

Last year, shortly after the document was obtained, officials in the Israeli military’s Gaza division, which is responsible for defending the border with Gaza, said that Hamas’s intentions were unclear.

“It is not yet possible to determine whether the plan has been fully accepted and how it will be manifested,” read a military assessment reviewed by The Times.

Lapid: Netanyahu ignored repeated warnings in days leading up to Oct. 7 massacre

Lapid also posted a clip of himself from September 20, 2023, less than a month before the attack, warning the public that the nation was getting „dangerously close to a violent, multi-front confrontation.“

In the 2023 statement, Lapid went on to say that based on defense establishment reports, clashes in the West Bank were reaching a dangerous volume and recent activity on the Gaza border was „precisely the type that led to past phases of war [with Gaza].“

Eisenkot accuses Netanyahu of ‘fabricated defense’ in Oct. 7 probe response

Continuing, Eisenkot accused Netanyahu of using secretive documents deliberately in an election year “out of a desire to improve his image, distance himself from blame and harm the other candidates facing him.”

Eisenkot requested that the State Comptroller’s Office allow the relevant people to review the full minutes of the meetings referenced by the premier in his “partial and manipulative” response, and told Englman that he will be happy to “set the record straight” regarding his own actions during his time as IDF chief.

Netanyahu Releases 55-Page Response on October 7, Points to Intelligence Assessments and Gaza Disengagement

(February 6, 2026)

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday night published a redacted 55-page reply to questions from State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman regarding the October 7 attack, releasing the document after the comptroller’s review was halted by a High Court of Justice ruling. Three pages were blacked out. In the text, Netanyahu did not accept responsibility for the failures that preceded the assault in which thousands of Hamas terrorists crossed into southern Israel, killing about 1,200 people and abducting 251.

Netanyahu releases his answers to 7 October probe, placing blame on political rivals

(February 6, 2026)

Critics argued that only a state commission of inquiry, Israel’s highest investigative body, could independently establish responsibility for the failures leading up to 7 October. Opinion polls suggest most Israelis support such an investigation.

Garching: Forschungsreaktor bleibt bis auf Weiteres abgeschaltet

(December 2, 2025)

Iran Standing among Top Producers of Special Device for Targeted Cancer Treatment

(June 24, 2025)

Noting that the product has been used in the world since 2013 and was monopolized by a US company that has FDA approval, he said, “Now this product has been indigenized in Iran in cooperation with the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) and the Development Headquarters of Nanotechnology and Micro Technologies.”

“The particle size of this product is less than ten nanometers and can move in the lymphatic system,” Shahcheraq said.

“This product will first be delivered to the AEOI. Then, in nuclear medicine centers, it is labeled with technetium-99 radioisotope a few minutes before it is injected into the patient‘s body. After the product is labeled with a radioisotope, it is injected directly (into the tumor) or subcutaneously (in the lymphatic part) to the patient,” he explained.

Supply of medical radioisotopes

In line with its strategic objective, ESA leads the actions towards securing the supply of source materials for the radioisotopes production, thus actively contributing to the Strategic Agenda for Medical Ionising Radiation Applications (SAMIRA).

The Agency undertakes measures to ensure security of supply of high-enriched uranium (HEU) and high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU), required to feed the production of medical radioisotopes and to fuel research reactors. These strategic materials are currently not produced in the Community and must be imported from the US or the Russian Federation.

(…)

Radioisotopes are used in medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, including some of the most important ones, like cancers, cardiovascular and brain disorders. Over 10000 hospitals worldwide use radioisotopes for the in vivo diagnosis or treatment of about 35 million patients every year, of which 9 million in Europe.

Technetium-99m (Tc-99m) is the most widely used (diagnostic) isotope.
Europe is the second largest consumer of Tc-99m, accounting for more than 20% of the global market.

U.S. government agencies work together to support domestic production of vital medical isotope

(September 8, 2025)

The U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and the Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are announcing new actions to support domestic production of the vital medical isotope molybdenum-99 (Mo-99).

“We’ve spent years working with U.S. companies to reshore Mo-99 production using advanced technology that doesn’t require weapons-usable nuclear material,” said Kasia Mendelsohn, NNSA’s Acting Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation. “But NNSA hasn’t been alone in its efforts. Other agencies and departments are a big part of aiding the rebirth of this innovative U.S. industry.”

Justice Department will allow lawmakers to see unredacted versions of Epstein files

The letter obtained by The Associated Press says that lawmakers will be able to review unredacted versions of the more than 3 million files that the Justice Department has released to comply with a law passed by Congress last year.

To access the files, lawmakers will need to give the Justice Department 24 hours’ notice. They will be able to review the files on computers at the Department of Justice. Only lawmakers, not their staff, will have access to the files, and they will be permitted to take notes, but not make electronic copies.
