Boltonâs plan to make Palestine disappear
(26.3.2018) Bolton has proposed a âthree-state solutionâ: Israel, giving Gaza to Egypt, and giving the West Bank to Jordan.
He contended in a 2014 Washington Times op-ed that under his plan, âThe contentious issue of Jerusalemâs status as the purported capital of âPalestineâ would disappear, since Amman would obviously be the seat of government for an enlarged Jordan.â
That was magical thinking.
