An examination of the case by BuzzFeed News also reveals that some of those informants, acting under the direction of the FBI, played a far larger role than has previously been reported. Working in secret, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. Instead, they had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception. The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.

On October 8 last year, about 13 people were arrested for allegedly conspiring to abduct Michigan State Governor Gretchen Whitmer. The said arrests were made by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on suspicion that the accused were planning to overthrow the State government over strict Covid-19 rules. A news investigation by Buzzfeed news has now revealed that about 12 FBI informants were not only a part of the conspiracy but also instigated the kidnapping plot.

In response to the Court’s ruling, the governor incorrectly stated that the decision is not effective for another 21 days: Under Michigan Court Rule 7.315(C)(4), “unless otherwise ordered by the Court, an order or judgment is effective when it is issued…” Not 21 days later. Immediately. Her emergency powers are over, and either the Court or the attorney general should publicly clarify that Whitmer’s executive orders no longer have any force of law.

The court ruled that Whitmer lacked authority under each of the two laws that govern states of emergency in Michigan to extend the state of emergency passed April 30, when her first state of emergency declaration expired, according to Mlive.com. Those two laws are the 1976 Emergency Management Act (EMA) and the 1945 Emergency Powers of the Governor Act (EPGA).

The Michigan Supreme Court ruled on Friday that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer lacked the authority after April 30 to declare a state of emergency under the 1976 Emergency Management Act.
The court also ruled that the 1945 Emergency Powers of the Governor Act (EPGA) was unconstitutional, and that it did not provide a basis for Gov. Whitmer to exercise emergency powers.
I want Whitmer to lock down Michigan until the state is punished so severely for voting Democrat, they don‘t do it again for a generation.

The Macomb County republican says Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s executive order required all long-term care facilities at less than 80% capacity to create COVID19 units and accept patients. Now he’s asking Michigan’s Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney for Michigan’s Eastern District to investigate whether that endangered nursing home residents.
“Why did we have this order, when medical personnel themselves are saying that the most unsafe position you could put the ones who are vulnerable in is bringing COVID into the facility,” said Lucido.

The Macomb County lawmaker on Monday called for the probe into the governor‘s Executive Orders 2020-50 and 2020-84, which mandate all long-term facilities in the state at less than 80% capacity to create COVID-19 units and accept and retain patients diagnosed with the new coronavirus.
„Why would we bring infected people into a facility that is set up to care for the elderly,“ Lucido said Tuesday. „Nursing homes were never set up to care for COVID-19 patients. Nursing homes don‘t have the proper medical equipment, ventilators, or medical personnel to care for them.“

Governor Whitmer cannot legitimately invoke emergency powers on an ongoing basis when the legislature is available to address COVID-19. It’s not an “emergency” under such circumstances. President Trump tried this nonsense with the wall and arms sales. The same principle applies.

The “American Patriot Rally” started on the statehouse steps, where members of the Michigan Liberty Militia stood guard with weapons and tactical gear, their faces partially covered. They later moved inside the Capitol along with several hundred protesters, who demanded to be let onto the House floor, which is prohibited. Some protesters with guns — which are allowed in the statehouse — went to the Senate gallery, where a senator said some armed men shouted at her, and some senators wore bulletproof vests.
