(Oct 10, 2015)

The president spoke at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in San Francisco, where the hip hop artist will later perform. Mr. Obama has a few political nuggets to pass on for West‘s 2020 bid for the presidency.

Don‘t forget Black Lives Matter started under Obama and he did nothing to hold killer cops accountable. Obama deported more people than any other president (2.7 million), destroyed Libya (leading to slave markets for African refugees) and waged nonstop war

DNC Completely Loses Public Trust In Its Primary Process On Very First Day

After a 2016 presidential primary race riddled with scandals, all of which worked against Bernie Sanders to the advantage of anointed establishment favorite Hillary Clinton, the 2020 Democratic presidential primary elections officially began with a massive scandal working against Bernie Sanders to the advantage of an establishment favorite.

The 2020 Iowa caucuses turned out to have been designed to depend on the use of a new, untested app with extensive ties to establishment insiders and to the Pete Buttigeig campaign, and because of problems using this app as of this writing we are still waiting on the full results of the election.

New Details Show How Deeply Iowa Caucus App Developer Was Embedded in Democratic Establishment

Acronym, which includes a hybrid model of a 501(c)4 entity that does not disclose donors and a Super PAC that does, has been a favorite for deep-pocketed Democratic donors. Donald Sussman, the founder of Paloma Partners, and Michael Moritz, a partner at Sequoia Capital, each donated $1 million to Acronym last year. Filmmaker Steven Spielberg gave $500,000. Investor Seth Klarman, once a major donor to Republican causes, gave $1.5 million to Acronym.

But business and tax records show ACRONYM and Shadow are registered at the same Washington, D.C., street address, which belongs to a WeWork co-working location. Shadow CEO Gerard Niemira previously served as the chief operating officer and chief technology officer at ACRONYM, according to an online resume.

And on Sunday, McGowan tweeted pictures from a birthday celebration that included her husband and Troy Price, the chairman of the Iowa Democratic Party.

Bernie‘s big gamble: Sanders hopes new voters surprise at Iowa caucuses: ANALYSIS

His philosophy is that boosting turnout in a significant and meaningful way comes not only by exciting existing Democrats, but organizing and rallying nonvoters into Democrats.

His mission and ability to do that has been central to his argument about why he is the best candidate for Democrats in a general election.

Why Iowa is at Center of 2020 Presidential Race

(13.06.2019)

The path to the White House for Democrats runs through Iowa; Feb. 3, 2020, is the current date for voters to choose their nominee at caucus locations statewide.

Whoever ultimately wins could face an uphill battle at ballot boxes in the November 2020 general election in Iowa — traditionally a swing state — but one that Trump and Republicans decidedly won in the 2016 presidential election.

Joe Biden Is Proud of His Record on Iraq, but His Plan to Segregate It Would Have Unleashed Chaos

As Biden acknowledged this week, the plan to divide Iraq along ethnic lines he cooked up with Gelb was criticized at the time as more likely to incite than tamp down sectarian violence and ethnic cleansing, as it had early in the war in Bosnia and following the partitioning of Ireland, India, and Palestine in the last century. In each of those prior cases, partition, which looked good on paper and was accepted enthusiastically by extreme nationalist/segregationist leaders in each place, had the same result in practice: It encouraged violent sectarian cleansing and the destruction of the multiethnic societies that had existed in those territories for centuries.

Joe Biden says he opposed the Iraq War soon after it started. A check of his record shows otherwise

„Nine months ago, I voted with my colleagues to give the president of the United States of America the authority to use force and I would vote that way again today. It was the right vote then and would be a correct vote today,“ Biden said in a July 2003 speech at the Brookings Institution.

Of the 20 Democrats still running for president in 2020, only two — Biden and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders — were in a position to vote on authorizing President George W. Bush to go to war in Iraq back in 2002.

When Did Joe Biden Start Believing He Had Opposed the Iraq War?

(04.09.2019)

This version of events is so twisted that the very next sentence of the NPR story starts debunking the idea that Biden was antiwar. But it’s worth unpacking more fully. Let’s start from the beginning and work our way through:

Joe Biden lying about Iraq shows why our nation has so many wars

Hillary Clinton engaged in the same kind of historical revisionism. She was a reliable hawk on military interventions, including the disastrous intervention in Libya, without even a resolution; regarding Iraq, she jumped on the popular bandwagon for war. When it became less popular, however, she claimed to have been misled, even though she and her colleagues ignored those of us opposing the original war resolution.
