NNA – Israeli enemy surveillance and drone aircraft were reported flying over Tyre and its surroundings, particularly above the Al-Bass area, the Popular Housing district and the coastal zone, at medium altitude.
In a separate incident, an Israeli drone reportedly dropped a sound bomb on the town of Kfartebnit.
NNA – National News Agency correspondent reported that an Israeli drone dropped a sound grenade toward a group of young men on the outskirts of the town of Haddatha, in the Bint Jbeil district.
This technology has been used for crowd-control purposes since the early 1990s.

Here, we introduce an approach for creating remote audio spots, dubbed audible enclaves, by harnessing the local nonlinear interaction of two self-bending ultrasonic beams with distinct spectra. Telecommunications engineer Juan Miguel Navarro, from the Catholic University of Murcia in Spain, collaborated with Yun Ling over a decade ago on acoustic simulations for large venues. Navarro notes that sound focusing has been used for over 20 years in security applications, such as long-range acoustic devices, considered non-lethal weapons because they emit painful sounds that incapacitate the enemy.
