Freedom of Russia Legion, RDK conducting operation in Russian Belgorod to create ‘security strip’ to protect Ukrainians – GUR
The Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) are conducting an operation in Belgorod region of the Russian Federation in order to create a „security strip“ to protect Ukrainians, said representative of the Main Intelligence Agency (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov in a comment to Suspilne.
„The Freedom of Russia legion and Russian Volunteer Corps are conducting an operation on the territory of Belgorod region to create a ‘security strip’ to protect civilian Ukrainians. According to him, the operation is carried out exclusively by Russian citizens,“ the Telegram channel says.

BBC Verify has been analysing footage from the Belgorod region that emerged on social media on Monday.
So far, the team has located a video apparently filmed from a drone that features several armoured vehicles near a border checkpoint south of Belgorod. Additionally, BBC Verify has geolocated footage of helicopters operating in the region.
The footage is recent, but it is hard to say for certain from the videos what the exact sequence of events is.

2. DNS-over-TLS
DNS-over-TLS encrypts your DNS query using Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS ensures that your DNS query is encrypted end-to-end, preventing man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks.
When you use DNS-over-TLS (DoT), your DNS query is sent to a DNS-over-TLS resolver instead of an unencrypted resolver. The DNS-over-TLS resolver decrypts your DNS query and sends it to the authoritative DNS server on your behalf.
The default port for DoT is TCP port 853. When you connect using DoT, both the client and the resolver perform a digital handshake. Then, the client sends its DNS query through the encrypted TLS channel to the resolver.

IBM begins installing on-premise quantum computer at Ohio’s Cleveland Clinic

Cleveland Clinic will also be home to the world’s first on-premise Q System Two – IBM’s ‘next generation 1,000+ qubit‘ system – in the future. The company‘s most powerful quantum chip is currently the 127-qubit Eagle, announced last year; the 433-qubit Osprey is due to launch sometime this year.
