Tata was warned of Taj attack

Inputs travelled back and forth between the Intelligence Bureau, the R&AW, Military Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, the Coast Guard, the Maharashtra State Police and other agencies. As and when found necessary, civilian units like private firms, or hotels were given information.

For example, some time in August, the IB told the Taj Group to be careful about an attack on the hotel. It did not specify that it may come from the sea, but said it could be around September 11, and foreigners could be prime targets, sources said.

Je nachdem wie es für notwendig erachtet wurde, bekamen auch zivile Einheiten wie Privatfirmen oder Hotels, Informationen.“

So heute die „Hindustan Times“ über Informationen im Vorfeld der Attentatsserie in der indischen Küstenstadt Mumbai (Bombay), welche letzte Woche ungefähr 300 Menschen das Leben kostete.

Ebenfalls informiert über den sorgfältig geplanten und militärisch exekutierten Massenmord: der globale Konzern Tata Group.

Congress leader tears into Shashi Tharoor’s ‘no foolproof intelligence’ remark: ‘Did you become BJP’s lawyer?

‘No country has foolproof intelligence’: Shashi Tharoor defends govt on Pahalgam attack, cites Israel‘s example

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Sunday appeared to dismiss criticisms of the government‘s intelligence services in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack and stated that no country had foolproof intelligence, citing an example of the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

#Shashi Tharoor said there are operations that are successful but we only get to know about the terror attacks that the agencies failed to thwart.

“No country can ever have a foolproof 100 per cent intelligence. We will never know about the various terror attacks that were successfully thwarted.

Tejashwi Yadav terms Pahalgam attack an intelligence failure

Mr. Yadav highlighted the absence of security forces, stating, “Shristi, sister of Navy officer Lieutenant Vinay Narwal who was killed in the terrorist attack said that Vinay was alive for one and a half hours but no one came to help. I want to ask, if 2,000 tourists had gathered at one place, why was there no security arrangement? Not a single security person was present at the site despite knowing the fact that Pahalgam comes under a high-security zone.”

Balochistan govt announces ‘all-out war’ against terrorists amid rising unrest

During a press conference held in Quetta, the minister lauded the Chief of Army Staff‘s (COAS) dedication to the fight against terror and emphasised the joint efforts of provincial and federal governments in countering extremism and terrorism. (…)

Echoing the sentiments of Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Achakzai asserted that the Indian intelligence agency RAW was responsible for the unrest and terrorist acts in Balochistan. “Such elements would not be spared at any costs”, he concluded.
