“You’re being accused of leaking classified information, but the people accusing you would have no way of knowing whether you did that or not because they haven’t polygraphed you or taken your devices, your private devices,” Carlson declared.
Caldwell suggested that the true source of the leaks were opponents of President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary Hegseth’s foreign policy within the Pentagon, who had been pushing for war with Iran.

The Israel lobby is working overtime right now trying to destroy the anti-war team that Trump has assembled. We‘ve learned that former Israeli Mossad agents are working overtime on both social media and behind the scenes trying to discredit Pete Hegseth. Neo Con Mike Waltz has now hired a dual citizen and former IDF official to work under him. And three anti-war DoD officials were just fired.
Hearings resume at The Hague: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) begins its second day of hearings at 08:00 GMT. Over five days, the court will examine Israel‘s legal duties in occupied Palestinian territories, including Gaza and the West Bank.
Yesterday, the first day of the hearings, was quite in depth with Palestine given ample time by President Yuji Iwasawa and 13-strong judging panel to give its argument.
Today, the pace really picks up. We have nine countries going before the panel, each being allocated half an hour to speak.
We have South Africa, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Colombia in the morning session. And then in the afternoon, we have Bolivia, Brazil, Chile and Spain.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) holds public hearings on the request for an advisory opinion on the Obligations of Israel in relation to the Presence and Activities of the United Nations, Other International Organizations and Third States in and in relation to the Occupied Palestinian Territory on 29 April 2025.
But it’s unclear if Bar’s tenure will last that long. On March 21, the Israeli cabinet unanimously voted to dismiss Bar from his position as the head of the Israel Security Agency, commonly known as the Shin Bet.
Bar’s dismissal was to take effect on April 10, but Israel’s High Court froze the firing, enraging Netanyahu and his right-wing allies, who can still mount an effort to fire Bar before the self-announced retirement date.

Earlier in her 30-minute opening submission to the court, the UN undersecretary general for legal affairs, Elinor Hammarskjöld, opted for a full-throated assertion of the immunities and privileges of the UN and its subsidiary bodies under the UN charter and 1946 convention on UN privileges.
She said Israel had no right unilaterally to declare UN bodies were not impartial and so deny cooperation or aid, adding: “When the basic elements of this [the charter’s] legal framework are not observed, the very nature of the work of the organisation on behalf of its member states is in jeopardy.”
The case was prompted by Israeli bills outlawing the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (Unrwa) in October 2024, an event that sparked global outrage and calls for unseating Israel from the UN due to accusations that it violated the founding UN charter, particularly the privileges and immunities enjoyed by UN agencies.
The ICJ hearings coincide with Israel’s continuing its ban on humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip since 2 March (over 50 days) and the intensification of military attacks that have killed hundreds of civilians since the collapse of ceasefire on 18 March.

Obligations of Israel in relation to the Presence and Activities of the United Nations, Other International Organizations and Third States in and in relation to the Occupied Palestinian Territory – Public hearings – 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
(April 28, 2025)
The purpose of the hearings at the ICJ all this week is to establish what’s known as an “advisory opinion” on Israel’s obligations as the occupying power in Gaza and the wider OPT, in accordance with the UN Charter.
It follows a meeting of the UN General Assembly in December where Member States voted 137 to 12 to seek the view of the ICJ’s 15 judges, amid ongoing Israeli bombardment and dramatic aid shortages across Gaza.
(December 19, 2025)
The United Nations General Assembly voted on Thursday to ask the International Court of Justice for an opinion on Israel‘s obligations to facilitate aid to Palestinians that is delivered by states and international groups including the U.N.
The Norwegian-drafted resolution was adopted by the 193-member body with 137 votes in favor. Israel, the United States and 10 other countries voted no, while 22 countries abstained.
