Juli bei Krawallen im Hamburger Schanzenviertel zwei Flaschen auf einen Polizeibeamten geworfen und sich später seiner Festnahme widersetzt, indem er eine sogenannte Embryonalhaltung annahm und seine Muskeln anspannte. Dafür verurteilte ihn der Richter wegen schweren Landfriedensbruchs, gefährlicher Körperverletzung, eines besonders schweren Angriffs auf Vollstreckungsbeamte und Widerstands und verhängte eine Haftstrafe von zwei Jahren und sieben Monaten.
