Russland baut in der Arktis laut Präsident Wladimir Putin die notwendige Infrastruktur für die Stationierung neuartiger Kriegsschiffe und U-Boote.

„Die militärische Infrastruktur muss verstärkt werden. Es handelt sich unter anderem um die Schaffung eines einheitlichen Systems für die Stationierung von Überwasserschiffen und U-Booten einer neuen Generation“, sagte Putin am Dienstag in einer Sitzung des Sicherheitsrats in Moskau.

„Wir spüren keine Mitwirkung der Polizei des Gebietes Donezk“, sagte er laut der Nachrichtenagentur UNN.

„Ich bin zwar nicht bevollmächtigt, das zu kommentieren, es ist aber Tatsache: Man hilft uns nicht, wenn sich unsere Einheiten in bestimmten Regionen befinden.“

„Im Rahmen einer Verfassungsreform zielen wir darauf ab, die ukrainischen Regionen mit zusätzlichen Zuständigkeiten auszustatten und ihnen dadurch die Möglichkeit zu geben, eine unabhängige Finanz- und Haushaltspolitik zu betreiben“, teilte Jazenjuk am Dienstag, nach seinem Treffen mit US-Vizepräsident Joe Biden mit.
