2. Wie hoch hätte demgegenüber die Beteiligungsstärke des Bundes im Rahmen der Bund-Länder Lastenaufteilung in den einzelnen Missionen und Jahren sein sollen?
Bis zu 910 Polizisten aus Bund und Ländern können gleichzeitig in internationalen Friedensmissionen verwendet werden. Diese werden gegenwärtig bis zum 450. Polizisten zu einem Drittel durch den Bund und zu zwei Dritteln durch die Länder, ab dem 451. Polizisten durch Bund und Länder zu gleichen Teilen gestellt.

Die Forderung nach mehr Mitspracherecht des Parlaments bei den Einsätzen der Bundespolizei im Ausland steht immer wieder zur Debatte. Zwar kann ich die Intention verstehen, jedoch ist die Diskussion aus meiner Sicht überflüssig, da der Deutsche Bundestag bereits über weitreichende Informations- und Handlungsrechte verfügt, um die Auslandseinsätze der Bundespolizei zu kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls zu beenden
