Trinkaus gibt an, auch klare BeschaffungsauftrĂ€ge erhalten zu haben. Beim NPD-Aufmarsch am 1. Mai 2007 wurde ein Reporter der „ThĂŒringischen Landeszeitung“ von Neonazis ĂŒberfallen. Dabei wurde ihm seine Kamera gestohlen – mit Fotos von Rechtsextremisten und vom linksautonomen Block der Gegendemonstranten. Diese Bilder kursierten dann wenig spĂ€ter in der Neonazi-Szene. Der Verfassungsschutz wollte davon eine CD haben. „Die waren ganz scharf auf die Bilder“, sagte Trinkaus.

Das Landesamt fĂŒr Verfassungsschutz bestĂ€tigte dem MDR THĂRINGEN auf Anfrage, dass Trinkaus fĂŒr die Behörde tĂ€tig gewesen ist. Trinkaus habe sich im Mai 2006 selbst angeboten und sei bis zum September 2007 als V-Mann im Bereich Rechtsextremismus gefĂŒhrt worden. Das an ihn gezahlte Honorar habe sich auf mehrere Tausend Euro belaufen.
Vereine unterwandert und gut fĂŒr Spitzelarbeit bezahlt
Bei einem Treffen auf einem Parkplatz eines groĂen Erfurter Möbelhauses habe sich dieser Mann als Mitarbeiter des ThĂŒringer Verfassungsschutzes zu erkennen gegeben. Er habe ihn bei der Ăbergabe der 200-Euro-Spende gefragt, ob Trinkaus sich vorstellen könne als V-Mann fĂŒr das Landesamt zu arbeiten. Trinkaus unterschrieb schlieĂlich nach eigenen Angaben einen Vertrag mit dem Landesamt und wurde dann an seinen V-Mann-FĂŒhrer abgegeben. Dieser trug den Decknamen „Lutz“.
Trinkaus beschreibt die ĂŒbliche Form der Anwerbung von V-Leuten, die auch VerfassungsschĂŒtzer im aktuellen NSU-Untersuchungsausschuss im ThĂŒringer Landtag öffentlich bestĂ€tigten. Das sogenannte Referat „Forschung und Werbung“ sichtet die potenziellen Kandidaten und wirbt sie an. Ist das erfolgreich, werden die neuen Spitzel dann vom Referat „V-Mann-FĂŒhrung“ ĂŒbernommen.

Das Landesamt bestĂ€tigte die Information: Trinkaus habe sich selbst angeboten und sei von Mai 2006 bis September 2007 V-Mann im Bereich Rechtsextremismus gewesen.

Bodo Ramelow kommentiert den Bericht des MDR, wonach der frĂŒhere Erfurter NPD-Chef Kai-Uwe Trinkaus V-Mann des ThĂŒringer Inlandsgeheimdienstes „Landesamt fĂŒr Verfassungsschutz“ gewesen sei. Trinkaus hatte u.a. im Sommer 2007 einen Neonazi als Spitzel in die Fraktion DIE LINKE im ThĂŒringer Landtag eingeschleusst. Der junge Mann hatte als angebliches Mitglied der SPD-Nachwuchsorganisation Jusos an einem Praktikantenprogramm der Linksfraktion teilgenommen. Ramelow erinnert daran, dass bereits zwei ehemalige hochrangige NPD-FunktionĂ€re aus ThĂŒringen als V-Leute enttarnt worden waren. Beide hatten spĂ€ter berichtet, mit Wissen und UnterstĂŒtzung des „Verfassungsschutzes“ gegen Gewerkschaften und die damalige PDS agiert zu hatten.
