Landgericht Koblenz entscheidet über einen atomwaffenkritischen Aufruf zum Whistleblowing

Das Landgericht Koblenz verhandelt am Dienstag, 12.07.2016, 13:30 Uhr (Karmeliterstraße 14, Koblenz, Sitzungssaal 49), über die Strafbarkeit eines atomwaffenkritischen Aufrufs zum Whistleblowing. Hintergrund dafür sind Flugblattaktionen des Heidelberger Atomwaffengegners Hermann Theisen, der auch Mitglied der Deutschen Friedensgesellschaft – Vereinigte KriegsdienstgegnerInnen (DFG-VK) ist. Mit den Flugblättern hat er wiederholt Soldaten des Taktischen Luftwaffengeschwaders 33 (Büchel) dazu aufgefordert, die Zivilgesellschaft über die Hintergründe der geplanten Aufrüstung jener Atomwaffen zu informieren, die auf dem Fliegerhorst Büchel stationiert sind.

Dallas shooting eyewitness: „It looked like an execution“

The assailant got out of a Chevy Tahoe SUV wearing what Dejesus described as tactical clothing.
„Man had a rifle, AR-15, clear as day. Pretty big magazine. You can see towards the end of the video here that he goes ahead and drops a few mags.“
„He had multiple pockets, he had three to four pockets in front of his pants. He definitely looked like he was wearing something in his shirt.“
„He got out of there, walked over to the pillar, put a magazine in and started firing.“
Attacker seemed prepared:
„It did look planned. He knew where to stand. He had ammo ready.“
„They weren‘t short mags. They were high-capacity magazines.“

Mark Hughes Turns Over His Unfired AR-15 to Dallas Police as Shooting Began

Mark Hughes was named as a suspect in the Dallas police shootings. He was a protester that night with Black Lives Matter and he was legally openly carrying an AR-15 when the shooting began. He ran for cover and then turned in his weapon to police to avoid being considered a threat. The weapon is turned over right at the beginning of the video.

Tonight it appears that two snipers shot ten police officers from elevated positions during the protest/rally. Three officers are deceased, two are in surgery and three are in critical condition.

An intensive search for suspects is currently underway. No suspects are in custody at this time. We ask that any citizen with information regarding the shootings tonight call 214-671-3485.

Two Snipers Kill Five Officers, Wound Several Others At Dallas Protest

The shooting occurred just before 9 p.m. local time, during a march in downtown Dallas protesting the shootings earlier this week of two African-American men by white police officers in Baton Rouge, La., and suburban St. Paul, Minn. There were similar protests taking place all over the country. Participants describe a peaceful protest for nearly an hour, until gunfire broke out.
