Bulgaria to Spend BGN 24 M on Providing All Citizens with State Emails
Deputy Minister of Information Technologies in charge of the electronic government, Valeri Borisov, said that the email is aimed at disciplining citizens in their communication with the state. However it remains unclear how many Bulgarians will have access to these emails and whether the elderly will be able to use them. According to figures of the National Statistical Institute (NSI) released at the end of last year, around 40 % of Bulgarians do not have access to the internet at home.

(6.8.2015) The Steering Committee on the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline unanimously approved the candidacy of the State Concern „Turkmengaz“ as the leader of the Consortium TAPI.
Today in Ashgabat 22th meeting of the Steering Committee of TAPI, which consisted of ministers of the oil and gas of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, took place. It was also attended by top managers of the Asian Development Bank, who are transactional advisor to the project.
The main outcome of the meeting was the unanimous election of the State Concern „Turkmengaz“ to be the leader of the Consortium Pipeline Company „TAPI Limited“. As the leader of the consortium, „Turkmengaz“ interaction will lead the construction, financing, ownership and operation of the pipeline TAPI.
