Die “International Civil Aviation Organization” (ICAO) (“Internationale Zivilluftfahrt-Organisation”) begründet sich auf den Chicagoer Vertrag über die internationale Zivilluftfahrt vom 7. Dezember 1944. Just im September 2009, nach der erfolgten Verfassungsänderung in Deutschland und dem Inkrafttreten der daraufhin möglichen Änderungen des Luftverkehrsgesetzes (LuftVG), welche schon vor der Verfassungsänderung im Entwurf eines “Gesetzes zur Änderung luftverkehrsrechtlicher Vorschriften” vorbereitet worden waren, gab die ICAO einen neuen, fast für den gesamten weltweiten Luftverkehr verbindlichen, “Ausweichplan” (“contingency plan”) heraus. There is a news topic that it honestly surpasses me. It is complicated, it has lots of details of translation mistakes, pronunciations mistakes and lawmakers who don’t speak foreign languages and to tell you the truth, I have no interest about. Einer der Ideologen hinter ´Project Democracy´: Samuel P. Huntington. Nach dem Fall der Mauer in Deutschland und dem “gewonnenen” Kalten Krieg gegen die Sowjetunion war er es, der 1992 in einem Referat für das “American Enterprise Institute” die bis heute quer durch die Nomenklatura immer wieder benutzte Ideologie des “Clash of Civilizations” erfand (in Deutschland häufig als “Kampf der Kulturen” zitiert). Er präzisierte seine extremistische Ideologie im Buch “The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order” (“Der Zusammenstoß der Zivilisationen und die Neuauflage der Weltordnung”).
Samuel P. Huntington beschwor das Verschwinden von Staaten auf der Erde und deren Ersatz durch Blöcke von “Zivilisationen”, bzw “Kulturen” (s.o.).
Huntington erfand 2004 bezeichnenderweise den “Davos-Menschen”, in Anspielung auf die ehrenwerte Gesellschaft des “Entscheider”-Ensembles im “Weltwirtschaftsforum”, deren Privilegierte
“wenig Zeit haben für national(staatlich)e Loyalität, national(staatlich)e Grenzen als Hindernis betrachten die dankenswerterweise verschwinden und die national(staatlich)en Regierungen als Restbestände der Vergangenheit ansehen, deren einzige nützliche Funktion es ist die globalen Operationen der Elite zu ermöglichen.”

Seine ersten diplomatische Erfahrungen mit Polen hat Rüdiger Freiherr von Fritsch noch in den achtziger Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts gemacht. Die Landeswahlleiterin hat heute informiert: Das Volksbegehren über den Erhalt des Tempelhofer Feldes ist erfolgreich und ohne Beanstandungen. 185.328 wahlberechtigte Berlinerinnen und Berliner stimmen darin überein, dass alle Berlinerinnen und Berliner über die Zukunft des Tempelhofer Feldes an der Wahlurne entscheiden sollen. Sie sollen entscheiden, ob der Senat seine aktuellen Bebauungspläne jetzt realisiert oder ob ein Gesetz das Tempelhofer Feld vor solcher Veräußerung schützen wird und somit allen Berlinern die Möglichkeit gibt, eine behutsame Entwicklung des Tempelhofer Feldes selber zu gestalten.
Julius Dahms, Sprecher der Bürgerinitiative 100% Tempelhofer Feld, erklärt dazu: „Wir freuen uns, dass das Abgeordnetenhaus jetzt endlich über den Masterplan des Senats selbst debattiert. Wir erwarten, dass endlich Transparenz über die konkreten Vorhaben des Senats und deren Kosten hergestellt wird. In the process of negotiations on peaceful settlement of the confrontation, we have reached concrete agreements with the opposition. The government has fulfilled all its obligations under these agreements including the adoption of the Law on Amnesty that guarantees freedom and liberation of persons arrested during the conflict.
However, the opposition continues to escalate the situation and urges people to stand on a frost for the sake of political ambitions of several leaders. I think that it is wrong. We must understand that there is no future for the state and people if political interests of certain groups are set higher than the existence of Ukraine itself.
I once again address people, ordinary citizens, my compatriots: let‘s do everything for peace and normal life in the country. For my part, I will consider the needs and aspirations of people with the greatest understanding and commitment taking into account the mistakes that any government can make for only the one who does nothing makes no mistakes.
I believe that together we will manage to bring the life of Ukraine and all its citizens back to the peaceful track.
