Dokumentation über den Einfluss der Maschinen und Computer auf unser Aller Leben. Werden sich die Menschen in Zukunft noch weiter mit den Maschinen verbinden. Werden Technik und KI‘s zu einem Bestandteil des Menschen selbst und nicht nur ein Hilfsmittel.
Transhumanisten sind davon überzeugt, dass das die nächste Stufe der Menscheit sein wird. Doch wie weit können, sollten und dürfen wir gehen.

Ein posthumanes Wesen kann also auch als Kreatur beschrieben werden, die durch eine Erweiterung der physischen und psychischen Fähigkeiten entsteht. Posthuman kann allerdings auch bedeuten, dass eine Einheit von menschlicher und künstlicher Intelligenz geschaffen wird und dass das Bewusstsein in einen fremden Körper oder Computer geladen wird. Beispiele dafür können eine Veränderung des menschlichen Organismus durch Nanotechnologie oder einer Kombination von Gentechnik, Psychopharmakologie, lebensverlängernde Maßnahmen, neurale Schnittstellen, gedächtniserweiternde Drogen und tragbare oder implantierte Computertechnologie sein.

Ob der Transhumanismus als eine Spezialform des Posthumanismus angesehen werden sollte oder ob es sich um zwei unterschiedliche kulturelle Traditionen handelt wurde in den Jahren 2009 und 2010 in einigen Artikeln und einer Sonderausgabe der Zeitschrift „Journal of Evolution and Technology“ erörtert. Im Rahmen dieser Diskussion hat sich herausgestellt, dass es Gründe gibt davon auszugehen, dass Friedrich Nietzsche sowohl als Ahnherr des Trans- als auch des Posthumanismus angesehen werden kann.

Die Eugenik spielt im Transhumanismus eine zentrale Rolle. Allerdings hofft man, nicht durch Sterilisation eine Geburt zu verhindern, sondern durch Genmanipulation für die Geburt eines gesunden Kindes zu sorgen.[3][10] Dabei soll die menschliche Evolution künftig an vom Menschen gewählten Zielen gesteuert werden. Diese Züchtung von Menschen soll nicht in staatlicher Hand liegen (wie etwa von der nationalsozialistischen Eugenik angestrebt), sondern in die Hände der einzelnen Eltern gelegt werden.

In Deutschland knüpfen ähnliche Diskussionen eher an Friedrich Nietzsches Begriff des Übermenschen an und sind damit nicht vornehmlich technisch orientiert, sondern immer auch von Gedanken einer kulturellen Weiterentwicklung durchdrungen

Bevor das Team starten kann, muss noch eine britische Ethikkommission zustimmen. Deren Sprecherin sagte, die Entscheidung falle normalerweise nach 30 Tagen, höchstens aber nach 60 Tagen.

Wie der Sprecher des russischen Verteidigungsministeriums, Igor Konaschenkow, am heutigen Montag auf einer Pressekonferenz bekannt gegeben hat, beschießt das NATO-Mitglied Türkei mit an einem Grenzposten stationierter schweren Artillerie syrisches Staatsgebiet. Im Rahmen der Pressekonferenz präsentierte er Videomaterial, welches sowohl von syrischen Regierungstruppen als auch von Oppositionsgruppen zur Verfügung gestellt wurde:

„Dies sind Fakten. Unwiderlegbare Beweise, dass die türkischen Streitkräfte syrische Grenzsiedlungen mit großkalibriger Artillerie unter Beschuss nehmen. Wir erwarten eine umgehende Reaktion und Erklärung des türkischen Vorgehens durch die NATO und das Pentagon.“

Fred Hof, a Syria expert with the Atlantic Council think tank, said to his knowledge this was the first declared visit to Syria by a U.S. government official since the February 2012 closure of the U.S. embassy in Damascus.

NATO has decided to deploy the Patriot missile air defense system in Turkey again after Russian Aerospace Defence Forces’ jet repeatedly violated its airspace, the Turkish Haber7 newspaper reported Feb. 1.

NATO also intends to send its planes to Turkey to support the local air defense system, according to the newspaper.

„But we will not be provoked, in spite of the professional quarrelers in Brussels trying to relaunch from Brussels as though there were Serie A and Serie B lives“.

After a meeting with several ministers, the Prime Minister’s office said that:

Mario Draghi noted among others when speaking about the role of the ECB policy:

“The third concern about our policy is that it takes the pressure off governments to pursue structural reforms. But there are several problems with this argument.

For a start, it doesn’t work institutionally. It’s not the role of the ECB to use its monetary policy to force governments to reform. That’s not our mandate in the Treaty. And frankly, for us to act in that way would be totally illegitimate as unelected central bankers.”

„European cohesion is being tested,“ he added. The EU faces challenges that „require a strong European response,“ Draghi said.
„There is still political uncertainty over the European project,“ he went on.

ECB president Mario Draghi has repeated his view that risks to the global economy had increased in the past few weeks, with the global market turmoil, uncertainty in emerging markets and lowered inflation expectations.

Turkish Minister for European Affairs Volkan Bozkir told state broadcast TRT Haber

“The 3 billion euro EU funds for the Syrians refugees in Turkey will be sent end of February or beginning of March.”

End of story – We will complain again for the daily arrival of 3,000-4,000 refugees to Greece and consequently to Europe in a month or so, when Ankara will have received the money. Then we will check if our neighbors in the Aegean keep their promises or not.

Who was recently who claimed Turkey is not doing enough despite the agreement? I think it was Berlin or some black-tie loafer in Brussels or elsewhere in Europe.
