Letzte Woche kritisierten wir in unserem Blog die Veranstaltung “Agenda 2015″ des Tagesspiegel-Verlags. Der Tagesspiegel griff unsere Kritik im Liveblog zu der Veranstaltung auf. Zusätzlich erhielten wir einen offenen Brief von Florian Kranefuß, Geschäftsführer des Tagesspiegel-Verlags. Edathy-Affäre: Zeuge Hartmann schlingert durch die Vernehmung
Dann ist da noch Jörg Ziercke. Mit dem damaligen BKA-Chef und SPD-Mitglied habe er nicht über den Fall Edathy gesprochen. Aber auf der von Edathy erwähnten Polizeitagung im Oktober seien beide tatsächlich gewesen. Gemeinsam hätten sie damals über den NSU diskutiert. Danach sei er direkt nach Berlin gereist.

Update on Sony Investigation
Today, the FBI would like to provide an update on the status of our investigation into the cyber attack targeting Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE). In late November, SPE confirmed that it was the victim of a cyber attack that destroyed systems and stole large quantities of personal and commercial data. A group calling itself the “Guardians of Peace” claimed responsibility for the attack and subsequently issued threats against SPE, its employees, and theaters that distribute its movies. (…)
– Technical analysis of the data deletion malware used in this attack revealed links to other malware that the FBI knows North Korean actors previously developed. For example, there were similarities in specific lines of code, encryption algorithms, data deletion methods, and compromised networks.
– The FBI also observed significant overlap between the infrastructure used in this attack and other malicious cyber activity the U.S. government has previously linked directly to North Korea. For example, the FBI discovered that several Internet protocol (IP) addresses associated with known North Korean infrastructure communicated with IP addresses that were hardcoded into the data deletion malware used in this attack.
– Separately, the tools used in the SPE attack have similarities to a cyber attack in March of last year against South Korean banks and media outlets, which was carried out by North Korea.

Hartmanns Glaubwürdigkeit erschüttert
Über Stunden versuchte die Ausschussvorsitzende Eva Högl (SPD) mit wenig Erfolg, die Glaubwürdigkeit von Sebastian Edathy zu erschüttern. Man muss leider feststellen, dass sie entgegen ihres bisherigen Agierens im PUA äußerste Einseitigkeit walten ließ. Bei der späteren Vernehmung schonte sie ihren Fraktionskollegen Hartmann sichtbar.
Im Gegensatz zu Edathy verstrickte sich Michael Hartmann (SPD), der die Aussagen seines ehemaligen Fraktionskollegen bestritt, in zahlreiche Widersprüche, präsentierte eine große Zahl von Erinnerungslücken, machte mehrmals von seinem Zeugnisverweigerungsrecht Gebrauch, bat um Auszeit und zog sich zur Beratung mit seinem Anwalt zurück. Nachdem er mehrmals wiederholte, den Kontakt mit Edathy ausschließlich als Hilfe bei dessen angeblichen Alkoholproblemen verstanden haben wollte und nichts mit Ermittlungen zu tun hatte, konnte er keine Antwort geben, als ihm ein SMS-Verkehr an Edathy vorgehalten wurde. Auf eine Einladung antwortet Hartmann sinngemäß: „Ich komme gerne vorbei, wenn es genug zu trinken gibt.“
