The crime of genocide is barbaric, whether it be against Indigenous peoples, Armenians, Jews, Tutsi or Congolese people… Yet, in the midst of actual genocidal attacks against Palestinians by Israeli forces enabled by the US government, Congress focuses on possible genocidal speech acts of students against Jews.
