Darüber hinaus sind acht deutsche Offiziere im taktischen Luftwaffenhauptquartier der Anti-IS-Koalition („Combined Air and Space Operations Center“, CAOC, Al Udeid/Qatar) in die Luftkriegsführung eingebunden und haben dort, wie die Bundeswehr berichtet, zumindest „Einblick in die Operationsführung“.[12] Ob die Angriffe, bei denen Zivilisten zu Tode kamen, etwa der Angriff vom 17. März, auch auf Daten beruhen, die von der deutschen Luftaufklärung zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, und ob sie durch deutsche Luftbetankung ermöglicht wurden, ist aufgrund der Geheimhaltungspraxis der Bundesregierung nicht bekannt. Bekannt ist aber, dass der Krieg gegen den IS trotz der sich fatal zuspitzenden Lage mit einem wesentlichen deutschen Beitrag geführt wird.

Und diese Informationen hält die transatlantische, ergebnisorientierte geführte Partei „Die Linke“ im vertrauensvollen Miteinander monatelang zurück, bis am 10. November 2016 schließlich der Bundestag die Verlängerung dieses Kriegseinsatzes beschließt; mit der Beteiligung des deutschen Militärs am Angriffskrieg in Syrien, am seit der Invasion im Jahre 2003 nie beendeten Krieg in Irak und am Krieg innerhalb der Türkei in den Gebieten mit kurdischer Bevölkerungsmehrheit.

Der ursprüngliche Kriegsbeschluss erging am 4. Dezember 2015, im parlamentarischen Ausnahmezustand. Danach verschleppte „Die Linke“, im Konzert mit „Bündnis 90/Die Grünen“, ein halbes Jahr lang eine Verfassungsklage, bis Ende Mai 2016. Als sie diese dann einreichte, wartete diese Partei 20 Tage, bis sie eine Presseerklärung und ihre Klage veröffentlichte und stellte keinen Eilantrag, die Klage ist daher immer noch anhängig, nichts ist passiert.
