Wir schlugen jedes Mal vor, jedes Dokument unverzüglich je nach seiner Abstimmung offenzulegen. Doch US-Partner wehrten sich ständig dagegen, was viele Fragen hinsichtlich der Aufrichtigkeit der USA auslöste. Man wurde insbesondere auf den fehlenden Wunsch aufmerksam, die übernommene Verpflichtung öffentlich zu bestätigen, vernünftige Oppositionelle von Dschebhat an-Nusra, einem Abzweig von Al-Qaida, zu trennen, und zusammen mit Russland Angriffe gegen Terroristen und jede ihrer Komplizen zu führen, die das Feuer nicht einstellen.

Erst vor wenigen Tagen, nach den Leaks in westlichen Medien, stellte das US-Außenministerium auf seiner Webseite einen Teil der Dokumente, ohne sich darum zu kümmern, mit uns das Datum der Veröffentlichung abzustimmen. Unsererseits veröffentlichen wir die Texte entsprechender Vereinbarungen in der russischen Sprache. Dabei rufen wir Washington dazu auf, der Öffentlichkeit das ganze Paket der Dokumente offenzulegen, wobei ebenfalls das Mandat des Gemeinsamen Exekutivzentrums veröffentlicht wird, wo russische und amerikanische Militärspezialisten zusammen die Ziele bestimmen und die Kampfflüge koordinieren sollen, und den zweiten Anhang zum Dokument vom 9. September, wo der Überwachungsmechanismus für die Straße festgeschrieben wird, die zu Aleppo vom Süden führt.

Darüber hinaus erwarten wir, dass die USA endlich die seit langem gegebenen Versprechen über die Trennung erfüllen, weil viele Extremisteneinheiten, die Washington als gemäßigt bezeichnet, zusammen mit Dschebhat an-Nusra kämpfen und fusionierten sogar fast mit ihr. Wir wiederholen erneut, dass das Kokettieren mit Terroristen und Nachsicht bei ihnen nie zu etwas Gutes führte.

(27.9.2016) Laut dem syrischen Militär hat die regierungstreue Luftwaffe kein ziviles Ziel und keine zivile Infrastruktur angegriffen. Anhand von Aufklärungs- beziehungsweise Beobachtungsdaten würden nur militärische Objekte und Ansammlungen von Terroristen attackiert, hieß es.

Laut dem Sprecher des US-Außenministeriums John Kirby, hat Kerry seinem russischen Kollegen nahegebracht, dass die Vereinigten Staaten „den bilateralen Dialog“ mit Russland abbrechen werden, wenn nicht „sofort Schritte zu einer Beendigung der Aleppo-Offensive und zu der Einstellung der Kampfhandlungen unternommen werden“.

Auch wären die USA in einem solchen Fall nicht mehr dazu bereit, mit Russland ein gemeiinsames Zentrum für die Aussöhnung der rivalisierenden Parteien zu gründen.

In Syrien triebt die Armee von Präsident Baschar al-Assad mit Luftangriffen und Vorstößen von Bodentruppen die Offensive gegen die Rebellen-Enklave in der Metropole Aleppo voran.

He also boasts a series of high-profile posts at the UN, EU, and UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Not to mention his connections back to the infamous Blackwater (Academi).

Analysts were outraged when Raed Saleh was barred from entering the US to accept the InterAction Humanitarian award. They claimed that pro-Assad Americans were slandering the Syrian Civil Defense organization with zero evidence. This article will present a trove of evidence that proves involvement with extremist groups. Much of this evidence is new, apparently not spotted by Westerners until now.

Regarding the independence of Kurdistan, PM Abadi added the international community supports a unified Iraq, claiming Kurds do not want to succeed from Iraq.

“If you do not want to succeed from Iraq, then what is the purpose of holding a referendum,” Abadi stated, asking the Kurdistan Region leadership.

“There were phone calls between Mr. Barzani and Abadi and it was discussed that the president Barzani will visit Baghdad. There are a number of topics that are going to be discussed, above all the Mosul fight,” Safeen Dizayi, the spokesperson of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), told Rudaw.

What we do know, that Turkey is—that al-Nusra groups have been inside Turkey buying equipment. There’s also reports that they’ve also received some training from the Turkish intelligence services, which is very—is headed by a man named Fidan, who is very known. There’s reports, wonderful report in The Wall Street Journal recently about Fidan’s closeness not only to Erdogan, the prime minister and the leader of Turkey, but also to the most radical units. And so is Erdogan. They’re all supporting—if they have a choice, they’re supporting the more fundamental groups inside Syria. And so, we know they supply training. We know also there’s a—there’s, I guess you could call it, another rat line. There’s a flow—if you’re going to send the chemicals that, when mixed together, meddled together, make sarin, they flow—that flow comes from inside Turkey. A sort of a paramilitary unit known as the gendarmy—Gendarmerie and the MIT [Milli Istihbarat Teskilati] both are responsible for funneling these things into radical groups. There’s actually a flow of trucks that brings the stuff in. And so, Turkish involvement is intense.
