(6.4.2009) Der Weltraum gehört keinem und keiner hat das Recht ihn militÀrisch oder kommerziell zu nutzen. Das Weltraum-Abkommen der Vereinten Nationen, von der Generalvollversammlung am 19.Dezember 1966 beschlossen, besagt:
„ARTIKEL I
Die Erkundung und der Gebrauch des Weltraums, eingeschlossen den Mond und andere Himmelskörper, ist fĂŒr das Wohlergehen aller LĂ€nder durchzufĂŒhren, unbeachtet dem Grad ihrer wirtschaftlichen und wissenschaftlichen Entwicklung, und ist das Gebiet der gesamten Menschheit.
Der Weltraum, eingeschlossen den Mond und andere Himmelskörper, ist frei zur Erkundung und den Gebrauch durch alle Staaten ohne jede Art der Diskriminierung, auf der Bases der Gleichheit und in Ăbereinstimmung mit internationalem Recht, und es herrscht freier Zugang zu allen Gebieten auf Himmelskörpern.
Es herrscht Freiheit zur wissenschaftlichen Forschung im Weltraum, eingeschlossen den Mond und andere Himmelskörper, und Staaten haben eine internationale Kooperation in solchen Forschungen zu erleichtern und zu ermutigen.
ARTIKEL II
Der Weltraum, eingeschlossen der Mond und andere Himmelskörper, ist kein Subjekt nationaler Aneignung durch HoheitsansprĂŒche, Nutzbarmachung oder Besetzung, oder irgendeiner anderen Art.â
Iran kĂŒndigt neue Satellitenstarts an
(5.10.2014) Die Satelliten Zafar, Tolou und Autsat sollen im Zeitraum von MĂ€rz 2015 bis MĂ€rz 2016 mit einer Simorq-Rakete gestartet werden, kĂŒndigte Hamid Fazeli, Vizechef der iranischen Raumfahrtbehörde, in Teheran nach Angaben der Agentur Fars an. Die Aufgabe der neuen Satelliten bestehe darin, die ErdoberflĂ€che zu fotografieren und die Bilder auf die Erde zu ĂŒbermitteln.
Der Iran hatte im Februar 2008 mit dem Start seines ersten Satelliten sein Weltraumprogramm in die Wege geleitet.

Zu den begĂŒnstigten Regierungen gehören Algerien, Marokko, Jordanien und Saudi-Arabien. Gleichlautende AusbildungsmaĂnahmen in Tunesien und Ăgypten wurden noch im Oktober und November 2010 abgehalten und werden nun teilweise wieder aufgenommen.

âDie MaĂnahmen richteten sich offiziell gegen âTerrorismusâ. Bekanntlich ist dies aber ein politischer, dehnbarer Begriff. Die durch das BKA erlangten Kenntnisse dĂŒrften auch zur Niederschlagung von digitalem Dissens genutzt worden sein.
In Ăgypten waren digitale Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten einem hohen Risiko ausgesetzt. Die Repression von MilitĂ€r und Polizei gipfelte im Mord an Chaled Mohammed Said, der nach schweren Folterungen starb. Die Bundesregierung muss erklĂ€ren, inwiefern ihr Lehrgang âOpen Source Internetauswertungâ dem mittlerweile aufgelösten Staatssicherheitsdienst bei der Verhaftung des bekannten Bloggers geholfen hat

Former Iran prisoner slams Clinton‘s call for new sanctions
Shane Bauer knows firsthand what itâs like to be a prisoner in Iran. And after news broke Saturday morning about the exchange that delivered four imprisoned Americans, he had plenty to say about Hillary Clintonâs response to the developments in Iran.
