06.05.2011 Wall Street Journal, owned by Rupert Murdoch has launched their own leaking website, Safe House. But in their terms of conditions, those leakers who choose to remain anonymous must first enter into a confidentiality agreement that basically says they hold the right to disclose any information about the leaker to law enforcement authorities, without notice, in order to comply with laws.
