A year ago, on October 10, 2025, a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip was announced. For a moment, we at PHRI had a glimpse of hope that this would bring relief and rehabilitation to Palestinians and allow the recovery and reconstruction of the decimated healthcare system.
