The death toll from the Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip has risen to 57,338 martyrs, with 135,957 wounded, since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023, according to Palestinian medical sources.

The sources, cited by WAFA News Agency on Saturday, reported that since March 18, 2025 — the date when Israel resumed its offensive following a temporary ceasefire — 6,780 people have been killed and 23,916 wounded.
