Der vom Gesetzgeber bezweckte lückenlose Schutz der Tätigkeit der Nachrichtendienste gebietet die Erstreckung dieses Versagungsgrunds auch auf das Bundeskanzleramt, bei dem wegen seiner Aufgabe als Fachaufsichtsbehörde und Koordinierungsstelle typischerweise größere Mengen an Informationen der Nachrichtendienste anfallen.

Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht hat heute entschieden, dass Akten der Geheimdienste, die im Besitz des Kanzleramts sind, nicht auf Grundlage des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes (IFG) herausgegeben werden müssen. Hintergrund ist die Klage eines Journalisten, der bereits in den beiden Vorinstanzen mit dem Antrag gescheitert war, Akten von Verfassungsschutz und Bundesnachrichtendienst über die RAF, Terroranschläge aus dem Jahr 1977 und nachfolgende Strafverfahren einzusehen.

„In diesem Berichtszeitraum qualifizierten sich anhand der…Suchbegriffe 27 079 533 Telekommunikationsverkehre„
Insgesamt waren allein im Jahre 2010 durch die staatlichen Organisationen wie Verfassungsschutz, Bundesnachrichtendienst und Militärischer Abschirmdienst „37.292.862 Emails und Datenverbindungen“ der Bevölkerung „überprüft“ worden, was sogar die „Bild“ berichtete.
Wie man etwas „überprüft“, auf das man keinen Zugriff hat, und vor allem mit welchem Recht, das hat bis heute kein Funktionär des Staates öffentlich erklärt. Es hat auch kein einziger Abgeordneter bis heute öffentlich danach gefragt. Im Gegenteil. (Linke und Grüne wussten seit 2012 vom vollständigen Kopieren des B.N.D. an Netzknoten)
Auch hatte kein einziger Abgeordneter, geschweige denn eine Parteifraktion, die interaktive Rückwirkung, Interaktion und Wechselwirkung der Verlängerung derart vieler und zentraler „Sicherheitsgesetze“ überprüft. Dabei wirken zu Beispiel das Artikel 10-Gesetz, das Bundesverfassungsschutzgesetz, das BND-Gesetz und das BKA-Gesetz – dessen Beurteilung auf Verfassungsmäßigkeit seit fast sieben Jahren durch das Bundesverfassungsgericht verschleppt wird – gerade auch hinsichtlich der Bestimmungen vom „Telekommunikationsgesetz“ (TKG), Grundlage der „Telekommunikations-Überwachungsverordnung“ (TKÜV), interaktiv, da das „Telekommunikationsgesetz“ die Behörden jeweils „zur Erfüllung ihrer gesetzlichen Aufgaben“ zum Kopieren der Daten von 80 Millionen Menschen und darüber hinaus auf den Datenverkehr über deutsches Territorium ermächtigt.
„Gesetzliche Aufgaben“ ändern sich mit Gesetzen. Also wirkte sich die Verlängerung des „Terrorismusbekämpfungsgesetzes“ erst auf die verlängerten Gesetze, wie das BND-Gesetz, und dann auf deren Anwendung über das „Telekommunikationsgesetz“ aus, um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen. Querweise des BND-Gesetzes zu Artikeln des Bundesverfassungsschutzgesetzes wären ein weiteres.

(14.11.2014) Will der BND heimlich Nachrichten beschaffen, gilt für ihn laut BND-Gesetz Paragraf 8 Absatz 2 des Gesetzes über den Bundeverfassungsschutz. Darin steht sinngemäß, dass die beiden Behörden so ziemlich alles dürfen, wenn sie es vorher als Dienstvorschrift aufschreiben, wenn das Kanzleramt zugestimmt hat und wenn das Parlamentarische Kontrollgremium des Bundestages darüber unterrichtet wurde.

Speaking to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee today, Secretary of State John Kerry suggested the latest push for a ceasefire in Syria could amount to the last chance for one, and suggested that the US would see a partition of the country as “plan B.”

The hacker used malware dubbed Tsunami, an easy-to-implement backdoor, which when activated quietly connects to an IRC server where it waits for commands.
Yonathan Klijnsma, senior threat intelligence analyst working at Dutch security firm Fox-IT, said Tsunami is often used to take down websites and servers — by sending a „tsunami“ of traffic to knock its target offline.

Kommen wir zu den Fluchtursachen zurück: zum zweiten Imperialismus und zur marktradikalen Weltwirtschaftsordnung. Da diese nicht aufgegeben werden, lassen jene sich nicht wirksam bekämpfen. Bliebe dann die Bewältigung ihrer Folgen. Sie setzte voraus, die öffentliche Hand so auszustatten, dass genügend Wohnungen und Infrastruktur zur Verfügung stehen, und zwar sowohl für die Migranten als auch für die bereits abgehängten Teile der Einheimischen. Wenn schon der internationale Regime-Change vermieden wird, wäre der innenpolitische umso dringlicher, vor allem eine andere Steuerpolitik. Das ist aber – außerhalb einer ergebnislos demonstrierenden Linken und trotz der ständigen Mahnungen der Gewerkschaft ver.di – ein Tabuthema.

Algeria Orders More Russian Mi-26T2 Helicopters
Having taken delivery of six Mil Mi-26T2 helicopters in 2015-16, Algeria has firmed up an option for eight more, for delivery in 2017-18. The North African country was effectively the launch customer for the upgraded version of the heavy-lift machine. Russian arms vendor Rosoboronexport was the intermediary between the customer, the Russian Helicopters holding company, and its subsidiary Rostvertol, which produces the Mi-26. It is the world’s largest rotorcraft in serial production.
