Wachsender Unmut in Australien

Derzeit befindet sich – ungeachtet der im Vegleich mit europäischen Ländern auf einem niederigen Niveau befindlichen Ansteckungszahlen – fast die Hälfte der rund 25 Millionen Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner im Lockdown. Das sorgt für steigenden Unmut innerhalb der Bevölkerung. Am Samstag kam es in Sydney bei Protesten zu Zusammenstößen mit der Polizei.
