NEW: PM sets out argument against a 2nd #Brexit referendum: -Could strengthen ‚the hand of those campaigning to break up our UK‘ (i.e. SNP). -Would require extension of Article 50 & more MEPs elected in May. -Could ‚damage social cohesion by undermining faith in our democracy‘.
