1. SDF retreats from a minor ISIS attack opening its path towards the Iraqi border. 2. SDF suspends anti-ISIS operation. Sounds like a plan to give ISIS new momentum to act in Iraq where it can help the U.S. to gain leverage over its new government. cc @ejmalrai
