Last month, Verizon took the FCC to court to try and kill net-neutrality, and create a two-tiered internet where only the super rich can afford to disseminate their content. If Verizon wins the court battle, the open Internet is doomed.

In the meantime, Verizon has been using every trick in its corporate playbook to ensure they get their way: spending money to elect anti-neutrality legislators, lobbying all over Washington, and launching bogus lawsuits left and right.
